What would you sacrifice if given a second chance at love?! For Kindle and Ebony, the choice was a no brainer. Recur : Forever After picks up the day after book 1 and needles to say Kindle and Ebony’s emotions are in shambles. These two were given the opportunity to reunite with the loves of their lives and now that the time has passed and the moment is no more, they’re left with a void while grieving their loss all over again only to be left counting down the days until next Halloween.
Well unbeknownst to these besties at the time, LP and Kelvin left behind a piece of them as a reminder of the love they shared. The love ran deep amongst these two couples and unlike book 1, I felt the connection and chemistry between them all. As Kindle and Ebony navigate the next 364 days, their main priority is making then next time the best time and one that lasts forever!
I REALLY enjoyed book 2. We were able to get a more in-depth look into Ebony and Kelvin’s relationship and that was key for me since she was the one that had the idea to begin with. The development of the storyline held my attention and flowed cohesively.
L’Amour, sis you ain’t have to do Sybil the way you did 😩😩 she was only trying to secure the bag while making dreams come true! I legit felt bad for her. I know Agnes wanted her daughters to take their rightful places in the world of magik but she could’ve walked light on my good sis! I guess she’ll be paying somebody her last next year like everybody else.
This was the perfect ending to this two part series. All of my questions were answered and the ending was perfect! I know Halloween is officially over but this is a read you want to dive into! I look forward to diving more into L’Amour’s catalog in the future.

Oh wow!
Absolutely loved it. A great ending to this series. Kindle and Ebony got left with a big surprise from the last time that they were with Lee and Kelvin. Nine months after their visit, they each had half mortal and half immortal sons. I’m glad the Janice got a chance to see her son once again before she lost her entire family. Kindle and Ebony got their happily ever after with their families. Well written and flowed well.

A EXCELLENT PARANORMAL READ.
AUTHOR L'AMOUR COULTURE IS GIFTED AND HAS OUT DONE HERSELF WITH COMBINING PARANORMAL AND ROMANCE TO CREATE AN UNIQUE READ. THE PLOT AND TWISTS TO THIS STORY HAD ME QUICKLY SUCKED IN. I WAS TOTALLY IMMERSED IN THE LIVES OF THE LIVING AND DEAD CHARACTERS. THIS BOOK MADE ME WONDER WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY CONNECT WITH A LOVE ONE IN THE AFTER LIFE AND WOULD I BE WILLING TO LEAVE THE LIFE OF THE LEAVING TO GO TO THE UNKNOWN TO BE WITH THAT PERSON. This Series Was Everything 🧡
First, let me just say that this series had me in my feelings. Let’s do a refresh of Part 1: We experienced Kindle and Ebony’s grief, but with a bit of magic they were able to connect with the deceased love of their lives.
Now, let’s hit up Part 2. Fast forward nine months later, a product of that intimacy is brought into the world. Kindle now has two kids, and Ebony has her first born. This makes their longing for their men even more intense. Halloween rolls back around and eternal decisions are made. The events that took place, the new characters; this book was everything.
