This is "the" book for people who want to understand Photoshop. Unfortunately Adobe has changed the interface and menus so that it is difficult to perform the lessons Margulis sets out because this book was written when Photoshop CS3 was current. None the less you can still learn how to modify/fix photos by numbers without needing to see the changes. A colourblind person can learn from this book how to become a master at improving digital images.

This guy has it own theory of color and thinks that Photoshop has it wrong. Good book if you want to get deep into things, but not for basic howto.

Great information! I got a chance to view Color Correction and the digital darkroom in a whole new light, learning different advanced concepts and how to look at photographs to evaluate accurate color.

Not an easy read but well worth it, even though it came out back when Photoshop was at CS2.
