A very well written book, a scientific resource to help you overcome childhood trauma. Real life examples to help you connect with your inner self and set boundaries for future self. Many topics are touched and solutions provided by author for you to make an informed decision and lift yourself. I appreciate the author made a great efforts to provide an updated latest research to include.

A Point On Trauma Guide

If you, or anyone you love or care about has experienced childhood trauma, this is a must read. Cruz does an excellent job of describing ways to deal with trauma in simplified language and examples. Even if you didn’t experience childhood trauma you will have more empathy to those who did. Excellent read!

An absolutely wonderful book and great read. A good guide to recognizing how childhood trauma can and is affecting you in adulthood and steps you can take to heal from it.
