If your a taboo lover, this one might be for you. If your someone who likes a sexy older man to call daddy, this one is DEFINITELY for you.
This book was mainly spice, it actually had a great sprinkling of plot which was a pleasant surprise. This book read amazingly and the story had me hooked from the beginning. This is definitely going on the one handed read list.

What more could you want from a book??
This one literally had me drooling. Harley and Owen are too die for. The genuine relationship and bond that they have built through out the years is something really special to both of them but once they snap into place and stop fighting they want more...there is no going back.
There is a ton of smut in this book, and I was definitely NOT complaining, but there was also a story and character growth(which I loved too).
Hard to believe this is Cassie's first book, cause she KILLED it. I will being coming back for more <3

I’ve been “shopping” in my Kindle library, selecting one book each week to read. I have several books from the Stuff-Your-Kindle days, and Cassie Fairbanks’ “Tied Up in Him” is from that group. There was a reason I grabbed it, and I’m so glad I finally got around to reading it. With the FMC, Harley, getting the short end of the stick due to her ex-boyfriend marrying her best friend and having to go to their wedding, it made perfect sense to me that she was to fall for her best friend’s father, Owen.
Harley delays her return home to address her toxic relationship with her father, among other issues. Instead, she and Owen give in to their temptation and have an amazing time without her best friend's knowledge. No, it’s not a case of revenge. Harley’s always had a crush, and Owen developed feelings without her knowing a few years back.
Readers will be happy to know that “Tied Up in Him” is spicy. Owen is into some fun things and has a particular room to do those things in. He introduces Harley to a lifestyle that she has never participated in. The scenes are very steamy. I’m so glad I found this author and look forward to reading more about it.

I LOVED this book. Not only does it have incredible smut, it has incredible writing as well. Now I won’t lie, majority of the book is smut (nothing wrong with this, most would say this is amazing), but the story was also amazing and hooks you from the beginning to the end.

Wow!! If you want a book full of the "forbidden" best friends dad...then this is the book for you. Harley has never felt seen or like she belongs anywhere.. Her art is her passion and unfortunately she doesn't get to paint like she would like to.
Owen is a former professional MMA fighter.. Who now owns a gym with his brother...he sees Harley and always has..he just doesn't know what to do with his feelings..

A really quick spicy read. I loved the relationship itself, Owen and Harley were so good together, but I struggled with the pacing a bit. I feel like this wasn't spicy enough for being *just* spice but there was also too much spice for the romance/actual plot, if that makes sense? It touches some really sensitive topics like self-harm and infertility but they don't get the space they deserve because next sex scene. Still I had fun with it and I loved the h/c aspects :)

Cassie! Ms Ma’am! I love this book so much! Harley and Owen, the sexual tension between them and the history. Also with Harley past, I felt like I could relate to her in away, and I think it’s great to be able to relate to the main characters.

Tied Up In Him is the first book in the Kings Of Honor series. It is an age gap, grumpy/sunshine contemporary romance with bondage, praise and degradation.
The author starts her book with a note saying if you're looking for a long novel with a lot of plot, this book is not for you. She's not wrong. The book isn't long, and it doesn't have an in-depth plot, but it sure is packed with delicious smut.
The book features Harley (aka Ace) Bennett and Owen Andrews. Harley's best friend, Britt is getting married in Maui. Of course Harley is going to attend even though the groom is her ex. There's no hard feelings there. What is challenging though is Harley's ongoing crush (infatuation?) with Britt's father.
Owen Andrews was a professional MMA fighter, and he now owns and operates a gym with his brothers where they train new fighters. He is a very attractive man and in fantastic shape! Harley has known him for years as she would come to the island with Britt for breaks. She has no idea that for the last couple of years he has been kicking himself for lusting after her.
"Harley Renee Bennett. My Ace. She was the unknowing temptress of just about every single wet dream I'd had in the last two years, ever since the last summer she stayed here."

While Owen might be a dom daddy, he always ensures Harley has her safe word and that he doesn't push her further than she is ready to go. They're two consenting adults who compliment each other and just fit.
I really enjoyed this book. The writing flows, the characters are well developed, and the content was well handled. I was shocked to learn that this is Fairbanks' first book. Having devoured this one, I'm eager to read her future releases. My best guess is that future releases might include the other Andrews brothers, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Daddy owen is hot as sin and really made me question if avoiding agegap moving forward haha. He was a former MMA fighter and the Dad to Harley's best friend. He reminds himself nonstop that she is off-limits. He's a grump but internationally smiles whenever she is around. He grew up with any alcoholic father who would beat him and his brothers which led to them becoming the amazing fighter they are. Anger issues and all. He is a dom who truly loves his ropes.
Holy sh!t this story was amazing. I'm not a big fan of agegap especially not best friends dad but this story... it was so good I might have to reconsider my feelings lol. Cassie is such a fantastic writer I will literally read anything she writes. I'm so glad she got to be my first BDSM type story because it was truly a magical experience.
These two characters were perfect and came together so well. I was worried if there would be drama and I was so glad there wasn't. I'll never be able to look at Christmas lights the same again. I also have an amazing bookshoot planned in my head now for this book.
The feelings and emotions were perfect. The mental health feelings were so spot on. The characters always acted the way they should and the ending was 🥰🥵
I cannot wait until I read this story again because it really was so good. This is a fast burn. The build up is small (perfectly done) and once it gets going it does not stop.

This book involves BDSM and is extremely smutty and spicy. In the beginning pages Cassie straight up says “if you want a heavy plot this book is not for you” and I absolutely loved the transparency 😭
There is age-gap (which I already knew I kinda lowkey liked) and best friends dad which after reading this I have DISCOVERED I liked lol.
There was just enough story for this to be the absolute cutest little dirty romance. And the SPICY PARTS?!? Please. The giggles I was gaggling almost the whole way through 🫠
For one, the smut scenes were VERY WELL WRITTEN and perfectly detailed, they flowed well (the entire book did but right now we are talking about secks ok)
This book was a quick read and was just *chefs kiss*
Harley? I loved. OWEN?!? Please. I ADORED. I loved the dual POV and hearing how they felt for each other. Like the whole time Harley’s overthinking and then it switches to Owen’s POV and I’m giggling and squealing saying “SHES GONNA COME IN HERE…AND NOT EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING ONNNNN. SHE DOESNT EVEN KNOWWWWW”
It was such a fun time reading this. I truly squealed at least 86 times throughout this book.
now I’ve noticed it says “kings of honor book 1” so I hope for my sake this means there is more stories like this coming.
Yall, I cannot stress this enough. I had a GREAT TIME WITH THIS 🥹 if you like smut, if you like HEAs. Pick this one up because it was 🔥😮💨

Ugh… ugh… UGGHHH!! This book… wow wow wow. I loved this whole book start to finish. The storyline is amazing. Best friends dad ? Yes ! Sexy Daddy Dom ? Uh yes ! I loved this, the forbidden romance, the spice from Daddy Owen. All of it. I definitely recommend it. The characters are developed well, there might be a little backstory missing on Owen but mostly it’s nothing that would elevate the storyline by adding it. You get to know who these characters are and why they crave each other so badly. Their taboo relationship is done so well it makes it all the more spicy. Although it is set around Christmas time I wouldn’t necessarily count it as a Christmas book, more just that everything is happening around this time and excluding one spicy scene involving some Christmas lights there isn’t really much else to do with Christmas within it. The plot mainly consists of them building their relationship and getting to know each other and work out the dynamics of the relationship they are in. The book revolves around them and their relationship, there isn’t like a running plot throughout. The author is very clear on that in the authors notes. This is a beautifully spicy book to be enjoyed as a spicy book and I for one loved it. The connection and desire between the two characters is so combustible that their spicy scenes are so so good, panty wetting good. 💦 In terms of spice, its definitely a 5/5. A beautiful spicy book. Overall, it also has to be a 5/5. It’s such a great book and I 100% will be revisiting it in the future.

The characters have growth as the book goes forward. Harley is crushing hard on Daddy Owen and her mind knows it’s wrong but my girl here is in for the surprise as Daddy Owen has been crushing on our girl as well! (Let me give you my inside scoop…) The bond those two have and the chemistry between both of them once it snaps uff it’s just off the charts 📈! The smut is delivered guys!🔥😮💨🌶️ It will not disappoint! The rope scenes had me running my imagination into a 1000%! For a minute there I was envy of Harley! And guys… it has a HEA! First off HOLLLLLLLLLY HOTTTTTTTTTNESS what in the world did I just finish reading. When I tell you the entire book I was fanning myself, mouth open, catching drool. Cassie Fairbanks knocked this debut book out of the ballpark and I was so glad to be able to have a front row seat for it.
This book was NEXT LEVEL spice...daddy dom, rope play, bondage...gasp so hot. And let's be real...the whole hot best friend's dad - melting into a puddle. Daddy Owen is pure sex and I'd give anything to be with him on a beach in Hawaii...or in the playroom ;-)
Harley - girl is a baddie. She's been through some rough stuff in her life but when I tell you that I was so fiercely proud of her standing up for herself when it came to Sid that I clapped. I loved that she took ownership of her life and decided to do what was best for her. Granted I HATED what happened (no spoilers here), but I was so proud of her for doing something hard.
I was giddy with happiness in this book and the level of spice was TOP TIER, NEXT LEVEL, HOTTTTTTTTT. Cassie you're a goddess boo. Can't wait for what comes next from you...I'll be lining up and knocking people out of the way to get to you first!
