So much wisdom in this tiny booklet. Packed with quotes from Eastern Fathers, and stories and sayings of the desert fathers. It was convicting and edifying. As it is pocket size and only 60 pages (the other books in the series by Hieromonk Gregorios equally short), it can be picked up again and again read many times to remember to cultivate a virtue and avoid the vice.

The Spiritual Life series by Hieromonk Gregorios offers so much wisdom in a compact, easily readable format. It is indeed important to remember that in order to please Christ, we must remain from judgement. This was a helpful and practical spiritual guide this isn't heavy on high theological arguments but rather lived-in ways we can be more like Christ.
