Three mage princes of the city’s underworld, a vampire, and me—the witch with outlawed magic.
Fabian’s curse is gone, but so are all of his memories of me. We’re on the run from the head of the city’s underworld, the person that cursed Fabian’s blood is still out there, and I don’t know who to trust.
Then the bodies start to appear.
Despite the odds stacked against us, my bond with two of my mages deepens. Epic snuggler Roscoe seems to always brighten my day while I seem to have gotten on an even keel with stormy and intense Zeph.
Then there’s Fabian, who unconsciously stabs my heart every time he turns around and forgets me.
We’re forced to ask for outside help in the form of Dante, the vampire who's always there, a sexy lighthouse in the chaos.
As secrets unravel and stakes rise, our unusual alliance becomes our only lifeline. There’s magic, buried skeletons, and plenty of mystery.
My name is Silver and welcome to the next chapter; the real adventure is just beginning.
Essie Suter is a writer of paranormal and contemporary fantasy romance. She's a big fan of slow burns, enemies to lovers and forced proximity moments, whether the heroes are cinnamon rolls or alpha holes, the happily ever after is guaranteed!
Essie is a firm believer in the certainty of romance in uncertain times and finds fellow romance readers to be the best kind of people. She lives in the UK. When not ignoring the real-world swooning over love stories, she spends a lot of time cooking, wandering in the countryside, and smiling at other people's dogs.
"Livewire Witch," the second installment in Essie Suter's Enchanted Bargains series, continues the captivating journey of Silver, a witch navigating a world rife with magic, heartache, and intrigue. This sequel deepens the story's complexity, exploring themes of power, trust, and emotional resilience.
Silver's character evolution remains central to the narrative. Her struggle with Fabian's memory loss paints a poignant picture of her inner turmoil, showcasing a depth of character that resonates with readers. The development of other key characters, like the more confident Roscoe, the emotionally maturing Zeph, and the enigmatic Dante, adds layers of richness to the story.
Relationship dynamics take a pivotal turn in this book. The loss of Silver's connection with Fabian catalyzes the growth of her relationships with Roscoe, Zeph, and Dante. Suter skillfully portrays the tension between the mages and vampire, highlighting deep-rooted prejudices and reluctant alliances. This conflict enhances the narrative's emotional stakes and complexity.
The world-building in "Livewire Witch" is exemplary. The vivid contrast between the city's glittering heights and the squalid underground enhances the story's atmosphere, providing a backdrop for exploring themes of societal disparity and corruption.
The pacing of the novel is well-executed. While the beginning in the underground feels slightly slow, it effectively sets the stage for the fast-paced, action-packed sequences that follow. This balance maintains reader engagement and propels the story forward.
Thematically, the book delves into found family, trust, and the corrupting influence of power. The stark contrast between the haves and have-nots adds a layer of social commentary, enriching the story's depth.
As a continuation of the series, "Livewire Witch" is not a standalone read. It's essential to start with "Outlaw Witch" to fully grasp the intricacies of the world and character development.
In conclusion, "Livewire Witch" is a 5-star fantasy romance that expertly blends emotional depth, magical intrigue, and suspense. Its cliffhanger ending leaves readers eagerly awaiting the series' conclusion. Essie Suter has outdone herself, crafting a sequel that not only meets but exceeds the high expectations set by "Outlaw Witch." A captivating read for fans of paranormal romance and urban fantasy.

Well…that’s disappointing. Book 1 was pretty good and wished book 2 lived up to it but it didn’t. I definitely started to get bored. The book started to go down hill for me at
LIVEWIRE WITCH is the second book in the Enchanted Bargains series, and starts where Book 1 finished, so you really do need to read that one first.
The pain Silver feels every time Fabian forgets her is palpable! And this is in the first couple of paragraphs, so prepare yourself as it just gets worse. With Fabian being the way he is, Roscoe and Zach are the ones Silver leans on, especially when it doesn't seem as though they're ready to let her go anywhere yet. We also see more of Silver's family in this one as they all help to find the 'Bad Vamps' who are trying to take over Nexus.
Definitely spicier than book one, you see Silver with Roscoe and Zach. Fabian is slowly regaining his memories - or rather - he knows he is missing something and can go for longer remembering Silver. Dante? Well, I'll leave him alone but let's just say we learn more about him, and I can't wait for more.
If there is one thing Essie Suter does outstandingly well (among other things), she can give you an amazing climactic cliffhanger ending. This one about did me in, so fair warning. I honestly can't wait for the next book in the series. Definitely recommended by me.

Rcvd an advanced reader copy from booksirens for giving my two cents. We met Silver previously cured Fabian of his blood curse and any memory of her. She takes Seb and Fabian underground to get away from Felix after trying to get rid of Seb. The think that irks Silver the most underground is the dead talking to her. Rosco and Zeph are healing after being in an explosion and they haven't seen or heard from Silver, Seb anf Fabian in over a week and they are worried. Once everyone is reunited, Zephs feeling or attitude towards Silver change...she saved his life and for that he is thankful. A sting operation for vamp nests that Dante told them about reveals the vamp who gave Fabian tainted blood and their plan to take over the city but they are caught and sight of Silver in chains and blood running down her neck from the vamp causes a massive lightning storm straight into the vamp. Dante is beside himself over Silver being hurt and has no sense of self preservation when it comes to her family makes his un-dead heart come alive after a century. Fabian dreams of a woman nightly.but can't see her face and its driving him mad. There is smtg weird going on and their little team is determined to find out and stop the bad vamps from taking over. What Silver didn't count on was a huge betrayal by someone she trusted and now everyone is going to know the truth!
So I’ll start by saying I was gifted an Advanced Reader Copy if I did a review. I’ll also be honest that when I do that, I end up rolling my eyes at a lot of books.
This book at the characters though that made me WANT to read it, want to know more about that, and actually relatable on so many levels.
Yeah, my brain is totally like Roscoe’s - especially when line described him as being easily distracted, you know by a squirrel.
Then Fabien who is thoughtful and smart, has done what he’s been told and balances everyone out.
Zeph - I think we all have a part of us we want hidden but has a backbone that won’t break.
Dante - practical and shy, but wants out - just doesn’t know it.
Silver - she’s strong, capable, and puts everyone else in front of her needs.
Can we say if we roll the characters into 1 person we have most women out there? That’s what makes this book relatable and enjoyable. We see parts of ourselves in each one of the main characters.
The storyline is good - fast paced and a quick read. Yep there’s more s*x in this book than the first, they aren’t overpowering though - again something that in my own opinion makes the book a good read vs just s*x scene after s*x scene
I honestly can’t wait for the 3rd book to come out and actually really glad it showed up in my email to check out!
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. I love the concept of Livewire Witch Enchanted Bargains: Book 2 by Essie Suter. It was very well written and thought out. It picks up where book 1 left off and you find Silver in the underground beneath Arcanum in The Buried Citadel with Fabian and Seb. They are on the run because after Silver broke Fabian curse Felix Hawkshead tried to kill Seb because he blamed him for Fabian getting cursed in the first place. Silver stepped in and accidentally revealed a little too much of her forbidden magic. On top of all of that Fabian doesn’t even remember who she is because he sacrifice his knowledge of her to break his curse. So she has to come up with a plan to either find her way out of Arcanum City borders or go back up to face the consequences of attacking Felix. Hopefully Roscoe, Zeph, Dante, and her family can help her find her way out of this mess. Read Livewire Witch to see what new adventures Silver finds herself in. Oh yeah if you don’t like cliffhangers I advise you to skip this read because this book definitely ends on one.
After book 1, I could not wait to get my hands on book 2 to see what happened next. This book did not disappoint.
One of my favorite things is how the characters feel so different when they are narrating the chapter. Can tell who it is based on who they tell the story alone. Slipping from mostly calm and cool Dante to free and easy Roscoe. We even get to hear from Fabian, which was interesting based on how his memory was left after book 1.
I was completely thrown by the last few chapters. I didn't see it coming and then the book ends. I am hoping book 3 gives more detail to help layout why those choices were made. In the heat of the moment just left with "what?!?" May want to have book 3 on deck and ready (if already written) because you will want to jump right into it.
This is a world I am loving along with the characters. Can feel them coming together and am looking forward to continuing their adventure.

It’s going to be so sweet when we can binge all three in this series all at once. This second book was another great read. As advised, it is steamier than the first, and I can easily see that the third is going to be steamier still. There are a couple of abrupt transitions in this book too, but they aren’t quite as jarring, given that we are more familiar with the main characters. We see more of Silver’s skills in this book, which is great, although I still feel she isn’t living up to her full potential yet. I love how each of the guys have their own distinct personality, and yet each of them meshes with Silver and within the main character group. There is real skill in imbuing the characters with so much individuality, and then having them balanced so perfectly against each other. Congratulations Essie! I am really looking forward to reading the final in this series.
Full disclosure: I was given an ARC of the book, however this review is my own honest opinion.
This is the 2nd book in the Enchanted Bargains series, and I am HOOKED! It starts after the big ending of book one where Silver has helped Fabian with his curse but lost his memories of her. She, Fabian and Seb are trying to hide from Felix after she injures him. Thankfully, they don’t have to hide out in the Buried Citadel too long before Roscoe and Zeph find them, but now they know that she actually has illegal powers. There is something really big happening in the city and they are trying to figure out who is actually behind it, and why all the businesses they run are losing money – and why Felix is acting super weird.
The ending of this book was a HUGE shocker when zombies start attacking the city, but who is really behind that??? Silver, Roscoe, Zeph, Fabian and DANTE, the vampire, all have to work together to figure out what is going on before it gets TOO out of hand… and the WHO was the real shocker! Can't wait to find out what happens next!
I received a free copy of this book via the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Livewire Witch picks up in the immediate aftermath of the previous book, Outlaw Witch, and continues to follow Silver’s story as she continues to aid the mages who have enlisted her help and deal with the consequences from the end of the previous book. I was really looking forward to this book after reading the last one and it didn’t disappoint. I found myself engrossed in the story and turning pages just to find out what happened next. I loved reading the story in general but found myself really liking the developing relationship between the main characters. This book ends on a cliffhanger and i didn’t see what happens at the end of the book coming, it totally shocked me! I can’t wait to read the next book. Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book and would recommend giving it a read.
POV: Multi Perspective: First Person Pace: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Oh my… the ending of this second book in the “Enchanted Bargains” series is one I absolutely didn’t expect. My mind is completely blown by the twist the author granted us at the end, resulting in one fine and haunting cliffhanger.
Luckily, the ending isn’t the only memorable thing about “Livewire Witch”. I absolutely adore Roscoe as a character, and it was so fun to watch him and Silver grow closer together. Not all relationships evolve equally in this second book, although it gets spicier along the way, and the most heartbreaking are the moments shared by Fabian and Silver. There are so much emotions involved in the relationships between Silver and her men, and I loved watching it all unfold.
On top of that, there’s a fascinating plot written down in this series, with our brave and remarkable fmc at the center. I was looking forward to this book, and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. Now I’ll have to start counting the days until book three comes out.
Livewire Witch is the 2nd book in the Enchanted Bargains series. This is a paranormal reverse harem romance series. I highly recommend you read these books in order to understand the storyline and enjoy this series. This is a fast-paced story with a slow burn romance. Please check the trigger warnings before reading. Livewire Witch picks up where Outlaw Witch left off. The curse has been broken, although the cost was extremely high, however now Silver, Fabian and Seb are in danger. Upon reuniting with Silver’s family, Roscoe and Zeph, they vow to find the one responsible for the curse. Along the way, they seek Dante’s help and find themselves in precarious situations. This book is spicier than the first as the relationships continue to develop. There are twists and turns and omg that cliffhanger… I did not see that coming. I can’t wait for the 3rd book to come out!! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I love this exciting, fascinating series, Silver is amazing , delightful, caring and powerful witch with outlawed magic. It’s heartbreaking, Silver finds a cure for Fabian’ curse, but the magic has a cruel cost that she must pay. Mage Roscoe makes me laugh, he has a very short attention span, lovable personality, very powerful and adores Silver. Mages Zeph , Roscoe and Fabian and vampire Dante are attracted to Silver. They are trying to protect their city from rogue vampires attacking, they want control of the city. I love Silver and her four men, but there’s a heartbreaking betrayal by a dear friend that will devastate Silver in the midst of battle and will bring grief, danger and loss. I can’t wait for the next book, I need to know what happens. Spellbinding story, heart pounding read.

So, it had been awhile since I read Book1 "Outlaw Witch". After familiarizing myself again, I started this installment and quickly became engrossed in the story!
While I felt somewhat lost and overwhelmed with the amount of information thrown at me in the first book, everything fell in place here.
I was able to jump right in to the plot… and I do mean jump. I was so involved with Silver, Zeph, Roscoe, Fab, Seb, Dante and her crew that I felt absorbed into the scenes, standing amongst them and riding their tide of conflicts and emotions.
I cannot wait for Book 3 because this one has one doozy of a cliffhanger. Never saw it coming! Well done!
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Excited to read this after that cliffhanger in book 1.
Through most of this book Fabian is struggling to remember who Silver is. She's heartbroken but doesn't try to force interactions with him. We start getting some hope that he'll remember her because doesn't love conquer all?
Somehow the other men start changing their opinions of her after they realize she saved them on more than one occasion. They finally get an answer to why Zeph and Silver had that alley quickie. (Not exactly sure why that was a plot device)
And I totally approve of adding that one vampire to the harem.
We get a cliffhanger and find out exactly who the betrayer was.
Looking forward to reading the next one!!

This is not a stand alone and ends on a cliffhanger. This book follows Silver dealing with the aftermath of helping to break Fabian's curse while becoming embroiled in the political drama that's unfolding in the city. This book is fast paced with something always happening. Relationships between Silver, Roscoe, and Zeph develop while Silver mourns Fabian forgetting her.
This book keeps you on your toes and the vivid descriptions will emerse you in the story. I enjoyed getting to see how the characters developed now that their structured lives have been disrupted. I'm hoping to see more of Dante in the next book. I'm looking forward to seeing how all of these relationships play out in book 3.

Seriously love this Author. One of my top finds for 2023. Starting 2024 off with Livewire Witch was just awesome.
Since this book starts immediately after Outlaw Witch it was once again easy to fall into this amazing world the Author has created for us.
All of these characters are so amazing and so different especially the mages and the vampire.
I loved each of their journeys with Silver because they were so different.
Lots happening and I tried so hard not to zoom through this book but before I knew it, I was at the end. Way too soon for my liking. But then saying that, bring on book 3!!
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I loved seeing the relationships between Silver and the guys progress and strengthen, although it was a bit bittersweet with Fabian's memory loss. Also I'm waiting for her and Dante to stop playing games and being stubborn about their feelings for each other. I'm still in shock with that cliffhanger and Ember. I wonder how silver and her guys will manage the situation, her mother, Ember and hopefully finding a solution for Fabiens brother to get better. The only downside i had was i wished the book was longer. Definitely looking forward to the next book. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
The FMC (Silver) started off in book 1 as a strong investigator type of person. She has been reduced to a puppet on strings this book. Personality, power level, and fighting skills have all been reduced to ash. She is exciting as vanilla. After performing a ritual on one of her mates, Silver takes a month to recoup and investigate the cause of missing bodies. Except no real investigation happens. This book appears to be heading in the WITSEC direction i.e., started off strong and is being watered down.
Nicknames are of course dumb: 10 honey, 1 honeybun, 5 angels, 27 sweethearts, 2 babes, and 11 baby's.
AHHHHH upon finishing outlaw witch i immediately sought this one out - and can i just say??? this has been a delightful weekend read.
i enjoyed the pacing and found it moved fast enough to not drag, but has some down time to let the characters develop. the ending yet again has me by the throat and i cannot wait to see where this ends up!
i had no idea dante was gonna be one of the LI’s so im pleased about that ( gotta love vampires ), and fabian breaks my heart. but by the ending 😭😭 and silvers family 3
but fckn ember??? i ??? help??? how do i wait??

The story continues on from where it left off in Outlaw Witch and continues to follow Silvers story as she becomes closer to the mages who hired her to help and handle the consequences from the end of the last book.
It's a good page turner as the story continues to develop and the plot gets more complicated. The spicy level definitely rises especially between Silver, Rosco and Zeph. Some of the scenes are graphic and the language is about the same as the last book so if that's not your thing you may want to give it a pass.
I recieved an advanced reader copy from booksirens. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
3.5 - I received this book as an advanced reader copy from BookSirens and am leaving my honest feedback. This is the second book in the series. It picked up immediately where the last one ended; and this one ended in a way that I was surprised there wasn’t more so I believe the next will pick back up almost in the same sentence. I like the characters and the world and the magic, I’m hoping a lot of the questions I have are wrapped up in the final book of the series! I’m intrigued to continue the story and see where it goes.
And wow this book hits the ground running and just keeps going. Embers going to have to go idiot boy. Silver, Roscoe and Zeph are finally working it out and maybe Dante too. Fabian is trying to fill the hole and they still are working on Seb. But hey at least Felix is out of the picture. Now they just have to all figure things out again since Ember screwed Silver. Loved this book can’t wait for the next one.
Once reacquainted with Silwer's Co characters, I was hooked again by the storyline with vamp drama, Fabian's amnesia re his relationship with Silwer and lots more sizzling (but not overpowering pages) until the dramatic unexpected betrayal which exposed her hidden magical abilities. The cliffhanger leaves a lot op possibilities for the happen in the next book. Definitely something to look forward to. I received an advanced review copy and leave this review voluntary Thank you BookSirens
I loved the first book, but this one took it up a notch. The author makes sure you're deep in the emotions of the characters. She pulls you along for the ride and then drops you in it. The twist at the end is phenomenal and irritating all at the same time. I loved it. I can't wait for the next one.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. All opinions are my own and honestly stated.
This series is so good! I am loving Silver but, boy, does she have some bad luck! The book opens just after the events at the end of book 1, the trio have to deal with the aftermath of those events and, somehow, get themselves out of the current bad situation.
Then things start looking like they're getting better, new relationships develop and things are looking better for Silver's family but not everything is as it seems and the ending of this one will have you gasping at the audacity!!
Silver is back... This book will hold your attention throughout. A journey filled with twists, betrayal, secrets much more! There was action, adventure, lots of feelings and a some spice. Silver has so much on her plate in this story, with responsibilities and emotions. I honestly love each of the characters. They're all different and have their own struggles and qualities. I think this book was a great addition to the series. However, we are left with a cliffhanger!
This installment of the series is explosive and is an unputdownable read.
Things are heating up in this Installment and tensions are rising. This slow burn fast paced book is filled with mystery, secrets, banter, humor, tragedy, spice and wonderful characters (and some not so wonderful - grrr).
This is a fantastic read and I’m waiting in anticipation for the final book!
I received a copy of this book from Booksirens and willingly leave this honest review.
Silver cannot seem to catch a break. She falls in love yet the guy ends up sacrificing his memories of her to break a curse. Is he able to come back from the memory loss and start anew or will Silver's destructive power bring horror to everyone. I felt for Silver every time Fabian did not remember her. The problem with the city seems to come to a head, however, there is more than seems going on in the background.
Book two is even better than the first. The spice really ramps up in this book and boy is it good. My heart is breaking for Fabian and Silver and I’m really hoping that they find a way back together. I can’t wait to see what becomes of Dante and Silver as well, as long the so called friend hasn’t messed everything up.
