セリカを返り戻す為に、グレンとシスティーナは必死に彼女の背を追い続けった。けど途中で二人は不意に４０００年前で遡った。そう、この時期の名は超魔法文明時代だ。この時代は色々な魔法をは生まれだしてので、魔法使いはとても強いだ。然し、この文明は不思議に滅して、結果として、沢山魔法を失った。何故、この無敵な文明は滅ぼしたか、学者、哲学者、誰も分からない。だって、死者は語らないだから。けど、一つ形跡があるんだ。童話『メルガリウスの魔法使い」だ。この童話により、昔で恐ろしい魔王があったが、ある魔法使いは魔王に倒して、世界を平和に戻した。勿論、この童話を誰も信じないが、真実は何でしょうか？今こそ、グレンはセリカの正体、過去の真実、彼の隠し魔法を知るべきだ。

とても素敵な小説だ！遂に、羊太郎様はこのシリーズの大謎を明かりした！期待を裏切せずに、いい展開になった。前々から、このシリーズは色々なヒントをくれたが、まだ真実を隠した。例えば、無名はいつもグレン達を助けてが、彼女の動機はとても不明だ。例えば、セリカの不滅身体の原因、彼女の圧倒的魔法の理由はまだ不明だ。例えば、何故、無敵の魔法時代を落ちたか、不明だ。
で、この本はその謎を見事に答えた。羊太郎様はその謎を明かりした瞬間に、私はとても感動した。「このシリーズはやっぱ凄いな」と思った。ですので、次ぎは楽しみだ！
In order to get Celica back, Glen and Sistina desperately try to chase her down. But in the middle of this, the two suddenly go back to the past, 4000 years ago. Indeed, the name of this time is the Remarkable Magic Civilization Era. This era had various magics born during it, so the magicians were very strong. However, this civilization was mysteriously destroyed, and a lot of magic was lost as a result. Why this Remarkable Magic Civilization Era was decimated, scholars, philosophers—no one really knows. After all, the dead can't speak. But there is one piece of evidence: the fairytale, "Melugalis's Magician." According to this book, there was a terrifying demon king in the past, but a certain magician defeated them and returned the world back to peace. Of course, no one really believes in it, but what's really the truth? Thus, it is now time for Glen to know Celica's true identity, the truth of the past, and his hidden magic.

This was a very wonderful novel! Finally, Taro Hitsuji revealed this series' big mysteries! Without going against expectations, they all became great developments. Before, this series gave all sorts of hints, but it still hid the truth. For example, Nameless always helps Glen and the others, but her motives are unknown. For example, the cause of Celica's immortal body and the reason for her overwhelming magic are still unknown. For example, the reason why the invincible Magic Era fell is also unknown.
Then, this book brilliantly answered all these mysteries. The moment that Taro Hitsuji made these mysteries clear, I was very impressed. I thought to myself, "This series sure is amazing." So, I really look forward to the next volume!
