This will be a useful reference for writing business or online content.

The book is structured well and easy to follow. There is an information that will require time and practice to apply. This means that the book can be difficult to read straight-through and I believe it would be more valuable if you applied each chapter to your own writing as you read it.

I will be revisiting the book as a reference when I write.
