This is the second book in this series, with a new couple coming to stay at the inn. While this can be read as a standalone, I would encourage you to read the first book to gain a better understanding of the inn and how it gained its purpose.

Locke has planned his life and business out since he started university. He has achieved all his goals to date and now his bear is getting restless, but Locke is unsure why. Sheppard has retired from competitive swimming after winning his Gold medal in the Olympics and now he is unsure what to do with himself and his career. Everywhere he goes in his hometown people recognize him and he can’t seem to blend in and just be amongst the crowd unbothered. Both men are in a place where they need to know what’s next and how to settle themselves and their animals. Right when they needed it, they both get an invitation to stay at Bearclaw Inn from Franklin, the owner. With the inn being invitation only and no phone or online communication presence, the recipients are always skeptical since they’re unsure if it’s a scam or not. In this story Sheppard did some research online to find out that those who stay at the inn always leave mated, always. Locke on the other hand took the word of his assistant, who was familiar with the place, to take the vacation because he needed a break and rest so he never looked into the inn for further information. You can imagine the misunderstanding that is going to show up from that.

Both men immediately recognize each other as their mates, but they don’t express this to each other. They mentally walk themselves in circles since they’re unsure if it’s the location and atmosphere making them feel this way or if it’s all real and their lives are about to change. They spend the vacation weekend getting to know each other and opening up like never before with others. It was a sweet read where you see how they come together, enrich each other’s lives, support one another and become fathers.

Another Winner!

Locke was a reserved, dedicated, hard working business man who made a business plan early in school. He not only achieved it he actually exceeded it. Unfortunately many driven years of 60-80 hour work weeks finally took its toll. Making him not only tired but restless. Experiencing broken sleep so an opportunity for a sudden weekend vacation when gifted to him, was just what he needed. Especially after being prompted by his very capable Assistant that the business would be fine.

Being a Gold medal winner for the USA Olympic Swim team brought Sheppard a great deal of pride,but at the cost of a loss of privacy / unanimity. He loved daily swimming but not all the attention he garnered. A private relaxing vacation getaway was exactly what he needed. And the added bonus of possibly meeting his mate was undeniably attractive.

I really liked how Lorelei Hart handled not only the mpregnancy, but brought up concerns the couple were forced to address. The Bear wanted to provide for his Stay at Home Bunny and child. It never occurred to him that his mate would crave something different - such as his dream job.

You have to read this sweet tale to find out what happens.

Part of the Omegas Inn Love series each can be read as a standalone with an alpha and his omega finding each other. Locke(alpha bear) lived his life as planned now when we say planned we mean planned from school through college, achieving, surpassing his plan but along the way he became a workaholic never really shutting down to stop getting maybe two- three hours of sleep and finally it has taken it toll on his mental/physical needing a break so he taking a vacation believing his business will be okay for a few days. Sheppard (omega rabbit) grew up loving the water swimming came naturally to him becoming USA Olympic Gold medal winner was one of his most proudful moments but he misses being able to just be alone sometimes with his thoughts in the pool without all the attention and so deciding to take a much needed vacation away from it all might be what is needed . Both our boys received a wax sealed invitation to the Bearclaw Inn it is known for their guest leaving with their mates but will that be the same for our two considering we have a serious business man who seriously do not know how to have fun, will his little rabbit be brave enough to approach him, will his bear realize he can’t fight fate, will they come together as fate intended, and will they find happiness?

This is book 2 in the Omegas Inn Love series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone. The one carryover person is Franklin the inn owner and sender of the mysterious invitations. This is the story of Locke and Sheppard. Locke is an alpha bear shifter. Early on he drafted a plan to succeed in business and he followed through admirably. The only problem is he is always working and is too busy to take time to take care of himself or think about a family. Sheppard is a omega who is a little at loose ends. He spent his who childhood and young adulthood working towards his goal of swimming at the Olympics. He achieved that and returned with a gold medal. Now he is trying to figure out where he should put his focus. They both receive an invitation for a weekend away from Franklin. When they first arrive, sparks fly between them. This is their story. I enjoyed this book. It is well written and easy to read. I liked the interaction between Sheppard and Locke. I look forward to the next book in this series.

He spent his entire life following a regimented discipline helping him be in the winner's circle. Retirement, left him with a void, what's next? Can he relax and just, be? Franklin, runs the Bearclaw Inn, where no one leaves without a mate. When Shep jand Locke get an invitation from the Inn, it's a step outsie of comfort zones. The story is a fun romantic journey toward living life on the wild side, unexpected, no plans, no schedule and just relaxing enjoyment. Shep and Locke are really nice guys and Franklin is a sweetie. Sheppard is an omega rabbit shifter that is drifting now that his Olympic victory and training have finished. Lock is an alpha bear shifter that follows his business plan with no deviation. Shep knows the rumors about not leaving the stay without your mate, but Locke does not and finds it to be a huge shock. His shock sends the incorrect message to Shep who decides to stay away. Franklin helps with this in his own special way. To say both of these men make changes to their lives is an understatement. Both Sheppard and Locke wanted to find their fated mate but they had no idea on how to get started. Locke is a very successful business man who buried himself in his work. Now he feels lonely and wants his mate but has no clue where to start looking. Sheppard is an omega whose life has changed. He his spent his whole life becoming an Olympic swimmer. Now he has retired after winning a gold medal but he has no clue what to do next in his life. He wants to find his alpha and start their family but he has no clue where to start. Luckily both get an invitation to the Omega Inn. Sheppard researched the Inn and knew he may come home with a mate but Locke was totally blindsided. Will Sheppard forgive him for not accepting him right away?.

Very Nice and I enjoyed it. Second book in this series and I wasn't disappointed. It must be some kind of magic going on because Mr. Franklin has done it again...match two wonderful people who are really and truly fated. Locke really lives as a "steadfast alpha" but when the mating instinct takes over he shows a different side to his omega mate Sheppard which was a delight to read. Sheppard was so sweet and I had instant feels for him...Locke was what he needed...a loving, caring and steady hand to make his dream of mating and having a family come true. I recommend this lovely romance with a lovely HEA.

Alpha bear shifter Locke lives a carefully structure existence following a carefully laid out life plan which doesn’t include time for a mate. Unused to having so much free time in his life, omega rabbit shifter Sheppard is trying to figure out his next steps after retiring from being an Olympic swimmer. The two receive wax sealed, handwritten invitations to an all-expenses paid vacation at Bearclaw Inn where they meet one another and the widowed inn owner, Franklin. Just as Locke and Sheppard start to connect with one another, things hit a little bit of a bump when Locke finds out about the matchmaking rumors surrounding the inn and its owner. Luckily, Locke is an alpha who listens to his bear, and a little nudge from Franklin to help Locke and Sheppard realize what they want, one another. The only thing missing was a little more Franklin – I really love his being involved in his guests’ stories and would love to see a little more of him and his story too. Lovely MM shifter fated mates romance with a side of heat, lots of feels, a little bundle, and a sweet love story.

I loved Steadfast Alpha: M/M Shifter Mpreg Romance Book 2 of Omegas Inn Love. Locke is a workaholic but a free vacation is just what he needs. Sheppard is an omega who’s a little lost after his Olympic swimming career, who doesn’t want a free vacation that will introduce him to his alpha. This is the sweet story of Locke and Sheppard finding out life isn’t always easy but it’s better with you mate by your side. I loved the characters and the storyline. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

Locke and Sheppard are the newest arrivals at Bearclaw Inn and I loved seeing Franklin again. Locke's life has been only about building his company. Meeting Sheppard has him changing his priorities. Sheppard's ready to move on from being an Olympian and starting a family. I loved how Locke knows when he's being overbearing or highhanded with Sheppard. He doesn't hesitate to apologize. Sheppard knows that his alpha only wants the best for him, but stands his ground when he needs to. Sheppard's parents and brother add a nice element to the story.

Bearclaw Inn has claimed it's latest couple. Locke and Sheppard; one a workaholic and the other trying to find himself after his Olympic career.
A free vacation? Yes. One to meet your potential mate? Not so sure.
For these two, life has not been easy. Having someone to take these steps with you can make the hard parts much smoother.

Locke and Shep's romance is a matchmade in a special BnB with a very special host. They aren't very good at communicating at times which ends with each in some small amount of pain. I love that they balanced each other out. Locke gave Sheppard the direction and grounding he wanted and needed and Sheppard gave Locke a life outside his very successful business. “The only time in my life that I’ve ever been happier is the day you became mine.”

I really loved the first Omegas in Love book- loved the concept- so I was excited to see that matchmaking happen again. Good world building and wonderful characters. It was such a cute read. I was excited to see Franklin once more working his magic. Omega rabbit Sheppard and alpha bear Locke were really sweet together. Looking forward to the next book. 4 stars.

The Bearclaw Magic strikes again!

Welcome back to the Bearclaw Inn and Franklin's matchmaking. I love this world that Lorelei has created. Throwing two men in need of mates together in a single weekend. I was invested in this story from the first pages. Locke and Sheppard are seeming opposites; bear and rabbit. But fate has other ideas. They are perfect for each other. This is sweet and sexy and on the way to HEA there is, of course, a baby! I could not put this book down. You are simply gonna love it! Come on. Get it. You know you want to!

This was a super sweet story about a work obsessed Alpha and an ex Gold Metal Olympic swimmer. Both not thinking that they were ready. Franklin knew better!

Locke started his business after college he had internships went in college that helped. His assistant talked him into accepting a weekend at a B&B but didn’t tell him what was involved. Sheppard a retired Olympic swimmer got an invitation also knew that Franklinwas a matchmaker but did he went anyway. They hit it off but Sheppard told Locke why they were there so Sheppard took off but Locke found him and said that he still wanted Sheppard. Good book!.
