I am someone new to existential therapy and I found this book a worthwhile read. I would say though that its more of a brief overview of key thinkers rather than being a hands on guide to using the approach in practice, so that is worth knowing. I did fine it interesting to read overall and discovered and learnt quite a lot.
Good overview of the main thinkers behind existential therapy, with ideas explained in a clear and approachable way. It’s more focused on theory than practical use, but still a solid introduction to the topic. thoughtful and clear
