KILLER BLAST is the tenth installment in the Stella Knox FBI Mystery Series by Mary Stone and Stacy O’Hare. This series never dissapoints in bringing us a chilling thriller with a twisted and gruesome plot. As usual, Mary and Stacy have written another story full of drama, suspense, surprises.
Stella is outside Hagen's apartment for a dinner date, but he's no where to be found. Suddenly, the sound of an explosion in the sky draws her eyes to the upwards just as a fiery yellow ball streaks across the Nashville sky as a plane falls from the sky. This begins a new case full of twists and turns, drug turf wars and exploding cars in this fast paced story! Even Stella and Stacy have a couple of close calls.
Another riveting thriller with lots of action, drug deals gone bad, planes and cars going boom and snitches getting executed.
You'll find plenty of drama, action, suspense and emotional trauma to keep your interest until the end of the book. The unexpected WOW! ending will make readers impatient for the next book in Stella's series. If you enjoy a good thriller, I highly recommend this series. You will find it hard to say no to a book from Mary and Stacy.

FBI Special Agents Stella Knox and Hagen Yates are still searching for their fathers’ killer, Joel Ramirez. Stella is supposed to meet Hagen at his townhouse in Nashville; however, he is not answering the door. She is still not sure she can trust Hagen. While standing outside Hagen’s door, Stella witnesses what appears to be a plane exploding. Where is Hagen? Has he found Joel Ramirez? What happened to the plane?
Supervisory Special Agent Paul Slade, Stella and Chloe are called to the scene of a man impaled on an antenna spike. It appears he may be a victim from the plane crash. Stella, Stacy, Hagen, Ander and Chloe will be busy trying to find out what happened to the plane and why.
As the investigation into the plane crash continues, another bomb blows up a car. Is there a connection between the two? Will the agents be able to find the person or persons responsible before more people are killed?
Killer Blast has plenty of drama, action, suspense and emotional trauma to keep your interest until the end of the book. The ending leaves you with a what is going to happen now moment. Definitely looking forward to book 11.

SA Knox and SA Hagen's fathers were killed by the same man and after their last case the got the name of the man responsible and they were both shocked. SA Knox was at SA Hagen's house to have dinner with him when she first saw the Airplane break apart in the sky. Then she discovered SA Hagen had gone after a clue of the location 'The Man' responsibile for their fathers death. Leaving her a note telling her 'Sorry about the dinner' and he was gone to find 'the Man'. The explosion as airplane pieces are hitting the ground, you begin to wonder if SA Hagen did the right thing going after the clue, SA Knox is saddened knowing there is death raining down tonight.
SA Stella Knox is a great series to follow, Mary Stone is a great Author to follow. I have loved all of her books.

Kinda disappointed but overall was a good read.
The reason I knocked off a star is for the dragging of the story line. It was a good book. I enjoy the characters but its like the author runs out of ideas for other stories or something so she just keeps dragging her books out until eventually you get tired of them. It should not take ten books to finish a story. Also in ten books you would think a little more time would have passed like a couple of years instead of just a couple of months. I would recommend the book and the series but be prepared for a long drawn out story before you get what's hopefully a good ending that might take a while because it takes forever for the next book as well.

Everything can go pooffff and in a second you loose everything. This intriguing thriller starts with boom and ends with OMG! Stella and group is again deep into the new case, pulling them in all directions. Will she have a time to look for Joel? What’s going on with the bombs and falling bodies. I loved this new fast paced

Talk about a gang of cutthroats. These people will stop at nothing to get to the top of their evil empire. Samantha may be the worst of all. She wants power and she will stop at nothing to get it. Joel Ramarez continues to thrive and work the underground while being protected by U. S. Marshalls. And in between them all are the FBI agents trying to bring them down. This was a bit of a chocker and the ending will make you wonder what is coming next. Stella and Hagan seem to be getting more in sync and their goal is to bring down these crooked officials and drug dealers. Lots of thrills in this one.

In Killer Blast, Stella and Hagen are at it again. After a tip comes his way, Hagen finds someone he's been seeking for a long time but the outcome is not what he expects. Meanwhile the FBI team are investigating an airplane explosion which leads to a group operating a dangerous and lucrative business. As bombs continue to explode, two of the team narrowly escape with their lives. Meanwhile, Stella and Hagen continue to bond as they get closer to learning more about Joel's character and dealings. A fast paced story that keeps you rooting for the good guys!

Another great ARC read from Mary Stone. FBI Agents Stella Knox and Hagen Yates are getting closer to the man who killed their fathers, when a case comes up. A private jet has exploded and a bomb had been put on board. Then a car blows up with a similar bomb, are the two connected. Then clues lead to a drug connection and now the race is on to solve these crimes before someone else dies. Then the question arises, could these cases be related to the man they are hunting? Great read and keeps you going with the two interconnecting stories.

An explosion tears a jet out of the sky, killing both the pilot and his passenger. Then, a car blows up in a very similar manner. Stella and Hagen have to put aside their search for their fathers killer to try to determine how those two explosions are related, if they are.
It is an interesting story with many leads that go nowhere and good character interactions. Another hit in the Stone-O'Hare lineup.

This is definitely action packed. Stella has been invited to dinner at Hagens house, but he is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile a small private jet with only a pilot and one customer aboard blows up. This gets everybody’s attention. The records indicate the plane was recently serviced, and it was in great shape, so why would it suddenly explode. This book has lots of twists and turns to keep you reading.

This book was amazing and fear inducing. It starts with a plane explosion and a person falling from 7000 feet in the air, and ends with a police officer getting shot in the head. There are so many twists and turns in this one story, that you are on the edge of your seat throughout the whole story. I can't wait to read the next book.

Maybe just me but it had too many things going on.
Good story but not fantastic. Who were the good guys and who were the bad. Everybody had something else going on and the main story got shuffled in sort of. Great ending.

Bombs, bombs, and more bombs!!
I did enjoy this book, but it seemed to move slower than most of Mary Stone's books do. Stella and Hagan continue their search for Joel Romirez. A bombing takes them away from their task and leads them on a case that's much more than bombs. I plan on continuing this series because I enjoy this author.

A GREAT BOOK THAT IS WELL WRITTEN AND WILL KEEP YOU ENGROSSED TILL THE LAST PAGE. THE STORYLINE IS ORIGINAL WITH PLENTY OF TWISTS AND TURNS TO KEEP YOU TURNING THE PAGES TILL THE END. THE CHARACTERS ARE GREAT AND BECOME YOUR FRIENDS DURING THE BOOK. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?

This was a great book about Stella and Hagen and the rest of the team finding out who is blowing up a plane and finding out why and figuring out why they are doing it with lots of suspense and action. Thank you Mary for writing a excellent story.

OMG!!
Such a good book! Love the whole series but this one was one of the best!! It can be read as a stand alone or along with the series. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat with twists and turns.

Another good read.
Loved the pacing of this book. Pretty much all action. There's not much "romance "at all. I may be showing my age, and the authors watch old reruns, but "Calderón" was the bad guy in the first two episodes of the old "Miami Vice" television show.

Responsible People
The story was interesting. However I didn't exactly like the ending. A plane crashed, Sam escaped and I held my breath when the FBI were chasing the ones responsible. Alex was murdered at the end.
