great plot HORRIBLE typos

I loved the plot line of this book and I desperately want to read the next one. However, I won’t be reading it because of the typos and clear lack of any type of editing in this first book. I’ve read some bad ones in the past but this was AWFUL. I can put up with a lot but the missing words, mixed up names, doubled words, and all the other wording issues and typos made this near impossible to read. If you do have an editor for this book, I sincerely hope you fired them.

Fantastic story, relatable characters but it is desperately lacking a good editing. I would have liked to have learned more of Marigold’s backstory with her military family ( the bracelet scene would’ve made more sense) and her training with them but, overall I loved the story
