Wishing death upon the god of life is ironic, but after witnessing what Osiris just did to Seth, someone needs to take him out (for good this time)! 🙏

This story is turning out WAY more dark and twisted than I anticipated when starting, but it’s done so well. There’s so much intrigue in the clashing interests of all the gods, and I really like how Mojito is slowly unfurling Seth’s tragedy from it all. There’s not just one villain in this story, and I suspect there will be more unexpected ones to come as things continue to progress.

(Praying for Anubis and Seth rn… it’s not looking good for my boys)

I adore the artwork in this series so much, and the story is becoming darker and more twisted than I anticipated (and I love that).
All of the clashes between the gods and the various plots and allegiances are so fun to follow. There are multiple villains, and I am so excited to see where this goes.

I really do wish we knew Osiris’ full plan, like Horus should’ve let Sekhmet run her mouth because we’re at season 3 in the online chapters and i’m still confused what his endgame is. Like I’m assuming he plans to permanently take over Anubis’ body or something along those lines. Then there’s the whole thing with the mirror dimension that we still don’t completely comprehend. And how Horus the Elder might play into this. Yeah this series has had me in chokehold for almost 4 years now

Dark fantasy manhwa about ancient Egyptian gods vying for power. This volume uncovered some key aspects of schemes and the story is definitely getting more interesting. I like that I have no clue what direction things are going to go

Another gorgeous volume in this excellent series! The plot thickens with . It's all really great, beautifully drawn, and fun to see, development-wise. The mysteries deepen and the trail grows tenser!

.

The Seven Seas translation improved on a lot of things, fixing some weird punctuation issues in the Seoul Comics/Tappytoon translation, and it's fun to be able to read this without relying on a network connection or laggy website. The darkening of the pages is still an issue, but that's seemingly something on Seoul Comics' end, not Seven Seas. It darkens a bit too much detail, along with a decent amount of cropping. Still, Mojito's beautiful art and story shine through, and this is another great entry in the series.

Looking forward to volume 4!

*ENNEAD Vol. 3* was an absolute highlight of the series and exceeded all my expectations. The illustrations remain breathtaking, filled with intricate details and drama that elevate every scene. The visual storytelling is as strong as ever, with every panel feeling like a masterpiece.

What truly made this volume a 5 out of 5 for me was how the story and characters took a major step forward. The relationships, especially between Seth and Horus, finally felt deep and nuanced. The dynamic between them was both intense and emotional – a mix of power struggles, desire, and underlying vulnerability. I loved how the conflict and emotions were given room to develop. For once, nothing felt rushed – everything fell into place naturally.

The pacing was also perfect. The story balanced tension, conflict, and character development in a way that made it impossible to put down. Seth’s manipulative yet captivating personality stood in stark contrast to Horus’ inner turmoil between justice and his own feelings. Isis and Anubis also added layers of complexity to the narrative, enriching the story and its dynamics even further.

In short: *ENNEAD Vol. 3* is a masterpiece of the genre. It’s a volume that not only meets expectations but surpasses them in every way. I’m completely hooked on this series and can’t wait to see what happens next!

Alright! This story finally got somewhere. The contest between Seth and Horus seems to be finished and Horus has won. Sekhmet shows up with a huge does of crazy.

The artwork is amazing here. It's so epic in scope and so mythic. I love the use of Egyptian mythology in the story. It really works. A Korean is setting his story among the Egyptian Gods.

The end piece of this volume was revealing and I'm not exactly sure what is going on. Seth tries to humiliate Horus and someone Horus turns the tables on him. Then Osiris shows up somehow. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was big and I get a gist of what is happening. Maybe more will be explained later and the author left us with questions on purpose. I'm not sure. I don't know how Osiris shows up. It might be something Sekhmet does.

The pace is quick and Mojito, the author, expects the reader to fill in a lot of blanks on their own. It does seem that Horus has a crush or something on Seth. It wasn't explained. We also find out a weakness for Seth. Seth killed some of his followers which is the worst thing a god can do.

Well, I hope Vol. 4 gets even better.

This volume dives even deeper into the trial and I loved every page of it. The best part is still Seth and Horus going at each other. Their banter is sharp and sometimes almost playful, even while they’re fighting for the throne. Seth keeps throwing out cocky lines, but you can tell Horus is starting to get under his skin.

What surprised me this time was how much Anubis and Osiris add to the story. Anubis is caught in the middle—hurt by Seth but still tied to him in a way that’s heartbreaking. And seeing more of Osiris makes the whole family drama hit harder. It isn’t just a power fight anymore; it’s about old wounds and messy relationships.

Seth shows cracks here—moments where the anger slips and you see the pain underneath, but hell im wondering, why Seth keep getting SA,d!!😧

HOOOOOOOLY SHIT. The story got SO much more intense. Sekhmet is seriously such an interesting character to stir up all this shit and... goddamn I'm just so intrigued at where this story is going!!

Ahhhh and in this volume there's some... noncon. Just a heads up. But reading further, it all becomes more part of the mystery, of a curse put upon Seth, and then the mirror?? I'm trying to leave my review vague, but MAN. This is so freaking good. That's all I will say hahaha onto the next one!

The problem with graphic novels is they cost $30 and I finish them in less than an hour. But I digress. This is more of the same, really -- great art, moderately confusing story (although this did have a plot twist that got me good!) -- and much more man-on-man action, though there should be trigger warnings all over the place. Incest, sexual assault, unspoken homophobia (specifically bottom-shaming), all that good stuff! But again, the pictures are great!

Three stars for the amazing characters (I love loveee how complex they are), an interesting way of retelling the Egyptian mythology with the historical places mentioned (Heliopolis for example) and of course the beautiful gorgeous jaw-dropping art style.
-2 stars because I'm emotionally unavailable after what happened to Seth D:

Sorry not sorry

Dark…

I knew that going into this comic but these gods are so cruel to Seth and such gaslighters. I knew Osiris was sus and was wondering when Sekmet would show up. I wish she stayed gone. How much worse can it get?😬
