A colonel in the military of Kenya, someone who had been trained by the United States in joint military exercises, takes over the Kenyan government and kidnaps members of an American navy vessel and people in the American Embassy. The 16 members of seal team seven are sent to rescue the hostages and remove the new dictator from power.
