I decided to give this book 3 stars. I found that the majority of the lists are not useful for everyday life. These lists in my opinion, are for major events in your life. This book is not the best if you are seeking daily lists. I bought this book thinking that there would be lists for every day to day life. Instead, it is mostly only for major events which you can make lists of. If you are looking for lists to do for the major events in your life, this book is for you. If you are looking for lists ideas for every day to day life, this is not for you.
