Every action has a reaction. Every choice, a consequence. Rogues. Bandits. Bargains. Blessings. Destiny. It all comes at once. Sage and Gavin have made it to Mystaira, but danger stalks them across the continent and in the shadows. The threats are mounting throughout Panchia. Nowhere and no one is safe. The Dark Born continue to rise, with the help of President Ranquer, laying waste to the land and tormenting their captives with unspeakable horrors. Their strange new power jeopardizes the fragile peace that has been built.
Wave after wave of devastation hits the people of Panchia. The only way to save themselves is to find the insignia lost when Sage first plummeted into Felysia, dropping from a fireball from the sky.
But there is hope. And it can be found in the lives they’ve built for themselves. Follow Sage and those she loves as they fight to keep their worlds free from the reign of chaos that awaits them if they fail.
Wow what a roller coaster this book was!! The characters continue to be well thought out and quite good. The fight was epic did not disappoint!! And the ending was really good it ended in a way that I can wait for book 3 but I am so excited!!!
What an amazing continuation of Gavin and Sage's story. P.E. Craven does such an excellent character-driven story. You grow to care so much about these characters and what happens to them. I was in tears by the end of this book, and the ending has me ready for book 3!
A elemental magic meets modern warfare romantasy you need to read!
Follow FMC Sage, a 23yr old Realm Leaper, and MMC Gavin, a 25yr old wind fae Lord, in book two. Enemies seem to be gathering from all sides, Dark Born fae, President Ranquer, and soul contracts. The path to save themselves begins with accepting their full power and finding the insignias lost when Sage first plummeted into Felysia. Follow the fight to keep their worlds free from the reign of chaos that awaits them if they fail.
The world building, drama, romance, and excitement continues. So much of the fae, human, and gods worlds are a mystery which leaves endless possibilities for action and pain. There’s travel, spying, elemental magic, sorcery, raids, war, kidnapping - I mean what more could you ask for! Just when I thought I knew where the story was going, the ground shifted and left me on my toes. And talk about cliffhangers… I’ve never loved and hated something so much!
Main and side characters grow as more of their backstories are revealed. Sage and Gavin especially soared, both individually and together as a couple. They face so many trials and tribulations, even contemplating if it’s all worth it, yet they get back up and give the world hell. They are inspirational. Overall, I loved where book two has taken this story, and I cannot wait for the rest of the series to be published!
To reiterate what I said from book 1 .... I really couldn't put this book down! It has everything you could want: fae, elemental magic, different worlds, a lot of action and twists, and the romance was really turned up a notch in this one !
Again, this has similar themes and tropes I enjoy, but the overall storyline is much different then what I've read before and it really had me hooked from the beginning !
I love Sage and Gavin and I can't wait to see what's in store for them next. But let me just say ... these cliffhangers are killing me ! I'm seriously going to need book 3 asap !!
I definitely recommend this series if you want something action packed that will keep you on your toes, with a good amount of romance, but not too much to take away from the storyline.
*** Please note, although I received an ARC, all thoughts and opinions are my own! ***
This dramatic, action-packed story continues in “Wind Walker,” the second book in P.E. Craven’s Realm Leaper series. There are many different characters that are important to the plot, but for the most part, it focuses on Gavin and Sage. I really enjoyed how their relationship grows and changes over the course of the novel, and I think they both had excellent individual character development as well. I was also intrigued by scenes that involved Raphael, the healer, and Delphia, Gavin’s older sister. This book had so many plot twists, and I wasn’t able to guess a single one of them! The cliffhanger ending has me impatiently waiting for book three, as well. To sum it up, I really enjoyed this book!
First of all Sage + Gavin are perfect and I love them even more after this. Secondly pertaining to Gavin …. Knew it! Watching these characters grow and learning about their past really helps round them out as characters.
Raphael is so wholesome and I just love his vibe. One part of the book made my heart hurt but I’m glad it turned around quickly. Petra … made me so mad this book, like she is a b**ch cause you know, trauma! But treating her mate and family the way she did after the death in the las book, made me wish I could throat 🤛 her.
Malachi and Micah both newbies and pleasantly surprised me in their own ways. The shifter and that last battle. Just wow 😱
This series has me in a chokehold and I can’t wait to see how this story continues. The ending 🤯 .
I love this series! The magic and world/realm building is fascinating and draws you in. The story picks up right where we left at the end of Book 1. We dive into learning more about some of our favorite characters and their journey, we also are introduced to some new characters that will be instant favs! Micah has me chuckling with his banter and saying what we’re all thinking!
Can’t wait for book 3 to continue on this journey and see what comes next for our group.
"Wind Walker" immediately picks up where "Realm Leaper" ended, and it kept me engaged for the whole read. Sage, Gavin, and the other characters feel like real, believable people, which is incredibly grounding in this fantasy world. It concludes the second act of the Realm Leaper series nicely, and sets up the third book with its final pages. The romances are lovely, and I'm excited to see how these relationships are tested in the next installment.
I was so excited to read this sequel! Curled up at home with my head cold, this was the perfect balm.
A good mix of adventure, fantasy, romance, and the eternal good vs evil, a book that gripped me within the first few chapters and made it difficult to put down.
It is a series that I look forward reading more of, and at some point watching as a series eg made by HBO.
Gah! I cannot get enough of Sage and Gavin! This book has sooo much more going on! All the different POVs and everybody doing different things to get to the same point has been amazing! I love seeing the different POVs from all involved in this series! The character growth has been absolutely amazing! I cannot wait for book 3!!
Book 2 in the Realm Leaper Series is just as good as book 1. We see both Sage and Gavin mature significantly in this one, and see their love story blossom. There’s is just such a SWEET love story! The universe building in this second book is also incredible and I can’t wait to see what happens in book 3….
Tropes include: Found family Friends to lovers Fated Mates He fell first
This book is sooo good! We found out so many answers to things in book 2. But at the same time I have many questions!
I liked seeing how Sage & Gavin's relationship developed more, but how they developed individually as well. I love how we get to know so many of the other characters also. And the battle was so good! And after that cliffhanger, I need book 3!

I’ve really enjoyed this series! I love the unique take on Fae and overlap of all the different worlds. I really like that we got more perspectives in Wind Walker as well as I feel that it really fleshes out the story some more. Wind Walker is gripping and exciting and a unique take on Fae and magic and Romantasy. I want to keep reading more about all of these characters and I think everyone who reads this series will fall a bit in love with them too! Wind Walker is an excellent continuation of Realm Leapers! I also love the developing dynamic between Sage and Gavin. They make a great FMC and MMC!
Wind Walker is such a great sequel! It builds on to the history and world building for the world, which was already great in the first book. I also loved the continuation of the magic plot line and how it intertwined with the romance. This made the romance feel necessary to the story, and not just an additional aspect. And the ending!! I can’t wait for the next book!
I laughed. I cried. This second book is an absolute masterpiece! What a roller coaster this book was!! The characters continue to be well thought out and quite good. The fight was epic did not disappoint! A elemental magic meets modern warfare romantasy you need to read! Left on a cliffhanger that left me ready for book 3!!
