This is a decent story, if not spectacular. The art is average but competent, and the two Cables play well off each other. An interesting choice of antagonist for the two heroes, one who is not normally associated with the X-Men to my memory. I'm not sure I like the "devious" plot, but it has yet to fully unfurl, so I will reserve judgement. Recommended for X-Men completists and Cable fans. The plot seems somewhat ancillary to the overall Fall of X story.
Look, I've been out of the loop for a while when it comes to X Books but I had to come back the moment I saw it was Fabian writing it. I've been a fan of his since I was like 12 years old and I could not be happier that he is back. He excels at taking the over complicated X Concepts and making them fun.
Best Cable comic we had in years. It slows down a bit i the middle but get back on its feet at the end. Not entirely sure, but it was more than enough to keep me going and since it's supposed to be a four issues mini-series, well it isn't too engaging. I'm in!
