questo libro mi è stato regalato dalla mia psicologa.
ci ho messo qualche mese prima di iniziarlo ma sono felice di averlo letto e di essermi fatta accompagnare in questi mesi dalle parole e dai consigli di chi l’ha scritto.

nonostante io non abbia praticato la meditazione e non abbia messo in pratica quello che c’è scritto, anche solo la lettura mi è stata di grandissimo aiuto.

lo consiglio.
