“A good story to settle down with after a long day of stress. It takes the reader to another time and place and reveals a slice of life from the point of view of Hedra who is a naïve, but spunky young woman. She has a strong sense of right and wrong. Even though she comes from wealth and position, she relates to the needs and circumstances of the hardworking people of Mellin Cove.” - Long and Short Reviews

When not writing, or on research trips to Cornwall, she can be found walking on the cliff top, the beach, or around the local busy harbour.
This is the first book by Ms. George that I have read. I now have a lot of catching up to do! Loved the location, the shores of Loch Ness. Drummond and his team are all very well developed. Throw a couple of murders into the mix along with a suspicious pharmaceutical company, and of course Nessie and stolen dinosaur bones. A lot going on but very well written!
