The book was an easy read filled with lots of tips to start, stay focused, and complete a cleaning project. There are items I will also try to implement in my job and with my kids.
It was fine. I've read many cleaning books over the years, including books for people with ADHD. Had I not read any, this book may have felt more transformational. Good solid ideas but nothing particularly new for me
As a mom of a daughter who has never been formally diagnosed, but definitely shows some signs of ADHD, this was a helpful book for some techniques that I can help her use for cleaning and organization.
Purchased this book to better understand a family member and it did not disappoint. We are all so different and understanding how ADHD affects something as apparently simple as housekeeping is eye opening and will improve relationships with those with ADHD. I believe this book would be great for parents of children with ADHD as well to help understand why something as simple as cleaning you room can be overwhelming at times.
