Lost in Heaven’s Touch was such an easy, one-sitting read. It’s a slow-burn paranormal romance, which isn’t usually my thing, but I actually really enjoyed it.

I was especially intrigued by Liora and had no idea where the story was going until the reveal…..it genuinely surprised me. I also loved the found family vibes with Kairos, Locan, and Yasin. Niamh was a great addition too, and I’m curious to see where her story goes next.

Overall, a fun, quick read that pulled me in more than I expected.

What a great, easy, slow-burn, paranormal romance. Liora, is found with no memories, in a building she shouldn't have been able to enter. With no place to go, she is housed by Yasimat the facility, but it is Kairos who catches her attention. Kairos, begrudgingly spends time with Liora. The more time he spends with him, the more his walls begin to crumble. Secrets begin to reveal themselves and their bond of tested.

I enjoyed the futuristic earth created by the author, the men's found family, Nimbus, and the overall story drew me in. My only real negative is the lack of page breaks in some spots where there was a time jump. Once I quickly realized, with a quick reread, what happened, I was able to adjust. I'm interested in reading Locran's and Yasim's stories.

This was a beautiful book by Ava Rouge.
The world-building is great. Earth in the future sounds great, but the world where the main character comes from is perfect.
Following a woman who wakes up in a man's science lab, we see her learn to understand the world and the people she has been forced to live with. The relationships built in the book are so genuine. The slow burn, the tension, the found family. Everything is written with precision, and the pace of the book is just right.
I really enjoyed reading this book, and the ending has spurred me on to buy the next in the series.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5 rounded) 🌶️🌶️🌶️

The introduction really sets the scene for the world we are in, which was a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the lore of the world before moving into the first POV chapters.

Ava builds the image of the characters in such a natural manners, weaving it into the thoughts of the MMC or FMC POV without telling you they're describing a person.

This is absolutely a slow burn, but it's worth the wait. I really enjoyed the subtle nods throughout the book to the big reveal.

What a lovely bonus to have some other POVs at the end of the book too and even more exciting to click this is a series! Looking forward to revisiting Yas and Locran..

a romance that does more than just tug at your heartstrings—one that actually makes your pulse race and your breath hitch—then LIORA Lost In Heaven's Touch needs to be at the very top of your TBR list. Ava Rouge has crafted a narrative that is as hauntingly beautiful Dr. Kairos Pierce, a brilliant surgeon who can mend bodies but can't quite seem to fix the fractures in his own soul. He’s shadowed by a past that feels heavy and lived-in, making him the kind of brooding hero you can’t help but want to unwrap. Then enters Liora. She isn't just a love interest; she is an enigma wrapped in "unparalleled beauty." The chemistry between them isn't a slow burn—it’s a magnetic collision. From the moment they cross paths, you feel that "defying explanation" pull right along with them. Liora’s memories are shattered, and as they begin to resurface in disjointed, fleeting images, the tension becomes almost unbearable. As Liora reaches for her truth, Kai is forced to face his own shadows. It’s a raw, vulnerable look at whether two people can truly be together when their pasts are actively trying to pull them apart.I absolutely enjoyed reading this book and a big thank you to Beth at wings and words book arc community for the fabulous opportunity to read this book and a big thank you to the author for allowing us to read ur book

Thanks to wings & words & Ava Rouge for this exposure review.

Liora Lost In Heaven's Touch had me from the dedication, "To the souls who feel lost, who wander through life seeking where they truly belong. To the ones who built walls around their hearts to keep the pain at bay, who carry their traumas like armor to shield themselves from the world... This story is for you. I see you. I hear you. And I hope, through these pages, you find a spark of hope, a whisper of belonging, and the courage to let your light shine again."
It does come with triggers/warnings: It delves into themes of trauma, emotional struggles, and personal healing, which may be triggering for some readers. The story contains strong language, adult situations, and explicit sexual content that are integral to the characters' journeys and relationships.

LLIHT is a spicy paranormal romance! Liora is the FMC & Karios is the MMC. I have read a few of Ava's books & I do love her writing style & the way she describes things. She is one of the authors who truely understand show don't tell with writing ❤️. I really enjoyed the London 2100 snippets before the prologue world building with the depictions of London and the depictions of how they had advanced and worked with the world changing not against it, to truely benefit.

Overall, i binge read this quickly. I enjoyed it. But I do always enjoy books written by Ava.

Thanks to Wings and word community i got a early entry to read this:
If you’re looking for a story to curl up with under a warm blanket, Liora: Lost in Heaven’s Touch is exactly what you need.
The story follows Liora, who finds herself with absolutely no memory, only to encounter three mysterious men who change everything. What I loved most was the multi-POV format; getting inside each character's head made their individual connections with Liora feel so much more personal and sincere.
Why I enjoyed it:
Low Stress, High Comfort: This is a true "cozy read." Even with the mystery of her lost memories, the story never feels too heavy or dark.
The Dynamics: The chemistry between Liora and the three men is sweet and engaging. Watching her piece her life together while building these new bonds was a total joy.
Immersive World: Ava Rouge creates a beautiful atmosphere that is easy to get lost in without being over-complicated.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wanted even more time with the characters at the end! It’s a wonderful, lighthearted adventure that I’d highly recommend to anyone needing a "mental vacation."
Final Verdict: Grab a cup of tea, a comfy pillow, and dive in. You won't regret it!

Thank you Ava for the ARC!

This was really good! I enjoyed the characters, the story was great, and the plotline was fluid and easy to read.

I did think it was a little slow at parts, but it picked up and had me absolutely enamored!

Definitely one I would recommend!

What a fabulous read. I really enjoyed the take of Angels and Heaven and a world taking place in the future.
Liora ends up in Kai's path with no memory of where she came from. When everything comes back to her they're left trying to see if they can have a future.
Brilliantly written and the story was amazing. Definitely worth a read.

LIORA: Lost in Heaven’s Touch — Ava Rouge
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very good book with strong characters and some really lovely friendships, which were definitely my favourite part of the story. While it didn’t completely pull me in as much as I expected, I still really appreciated the character dynamics and enjoyed the overall journey. A solid read with a lot to love.

Fantastic slow burn romance book

Well, I'll try not to write spoilers...
Kairos is a perfect brooding type...rich and sexy with a good amount of emotional baggage. Liora, bubbly and naive... totally opposites attract story...plus her amnesia. Slow burn when it comes to spice, but when it gets there....it really gets there😉 There is betrayal, lies, and a fair amount of misunderstanding. Loved it and defo recommend it if you like romance books.

💕💕💕This is the sweetest book I have ever read 💕💕💕

Liora wakes up naked in the middle of a secured building with no memories of when or where she came from.

Yasim, Locran, and Kairos are 3 best friends who help support and guide Liora as she attempts to regain her memories.

Unaware of the magnitude of her situation, she bonds with the 3 men in different ways, siblings, friendship, and with one of them, it's something much more 🥰

It is a heavenly, slow burn romance in a fantasy futuristic world, and I can't wait to delve into the next story.

For anyone who "watches" the story in their mind while reading, Ava describes the world beautifully and even has some amazing artwork on her tiktok page to help enhance the picture 🥵

This book is guaranteed to relieve any book slump or even just provide a light refreshment after some heavy hitting stories. Either way, I totally recommend you check this out. Everyone loves a little sweetness 🥰

Liora: Lost In Heaven’s Touch is book one in the Whispers of Destiny debut series by author Ava Rogue. Liora: Lost In Heaven’s Touch is a futuristic fantasy-romance set in a reborn London of 2100, where technology and nature harmonize and healing is not just physical, but emotional and spiritual. The story follows Liora, a mysterious young woman who wakes up with no memory in a lush sanctuary called NexaGreen. As she navigates a world she doesn’t recognize and grapples with an identity she can’t recall, she forms powerful connections with three complex men: Yasim, a gentle scientist; Locran, a warm-hearted flirt; and Kairos, a closed-off surgeon with a painful past. Through this web of relationships, Liora embarks on a journey of rediscovery, love, trauma, and choice, all wrapped in a rich blend of futuristic wonder and deeply human emotion.

What struck me most was Ava Rouge’s writing style. It’s lush, sensual, and emotional, but never overwrought. She has a way of turning even a simple scene like drinking coffee or running through a city into something vivid and intimate. Her dialogue feels real, and her characters are wonderfully flawed. Liora is tender and vulnerable, yet quietly fierce. The alternating points of view, especially Kairos’s chapters, dig deep into the emotional walls people build to protect themselves. And when those walls start to crack, Rouge doesn’t hold back. The story’s pacing is slow in a deliberate way, inviting the reader to soak in every look, touch, and unsaid word. That said, there were moments where I felt the book lingered in introspection, especially from Kairos.

It’s not just a love story. It’s about trauma, memory, and the push-pull between safety and desire. I found myself rooting not just for Liora, but for all the characters to find peace in their own way. Kairos, in particular, frustrated me and broke my heart all at once. Rouge isn’t afraid to make her characters unlikable at times, and that makes them feel more real. The setting added a whole other layer; NexaGreen and London 2100 aren’t just backdrops, they’re reflections of the characters themselves. Rebuilt, beautiful, and haunted. There’s a rich world hinted at, glowing lynxes, projection symbols, AI enhancements, that begs to be explored further.

Liora is a love letter to the lost and the longing. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t belong, or carried trauma like it was stitched to your skin, this book will probably speak to you. It’s a slow-burning romance about healing, identity, and the complicated ways we love. I’d recommend it to readers who enjoy character-driven sci-fi romance with poetic prose, emotional depth, and a heavy focus on relationships. If you're a fan of soft sci-fi, found families, and angsty, brooding love interests, this one’s for you.

It was a quick read, would definitely help one out of a slump. Multiple POVs are not really my scene, but this was intertwined beautifully, ofcourse with major showing on the two main characters. Every chapter kept me hooked and that is how I read it within a day 🙈 Liora wakes up in a field, with no memories, in London, the year 2100. Thrown into the lives of three friends, Kairos, Locran and Yasim. All drawn to her for different reasons, explore with Liora as she tries to remember her past, which comes crashing down when caught in a heated moment with her new found love interest 😏 her identity and past comes bearing a whole new set of challenges for them, but we all know fate has something in store for them! When the time comes to choose, will she forsake her family, to remain with the ones she found or will she return to them 🤔 ??? Lovvvvveeeedddd iiitttttt all, the banter, friendship, found family, raw emotions, dealing with past trauma, learning to heal and grow, all so well written. Definitely worth me ignoring my Sunday chores for. ❤️😂

I enjoyed book and ended up reading it in just two sittings.
The world-building was probably my favourite part. The futuristic version of London and the Nexa facility felt interesting without being overwhelming, and it made me want to keep reading to learn more about the world the author created.
I also enjoyed following Kai and Liora's story and trying to piece together the mystery surrounding her lost memories. It was an easy read that kept me interested throughout, and I found myself wanting to know where the story was heading.
Overall, a fun paranormal romance with an intriguing mystery at its heart.
