The Devil's Gambit is the 5th Book of the second Devil's Dolls series. In this novel K has discovered a new facility of where innocent women are held captive and tortured in unspeakable, horrifying ways. K knows in every fiber of her being that she must put an end to the nightmare. She must discover the truth behind the betrayal that led to this twisted scheme before it's too late. This is a twisted scheme of kidnapping for the profit of it all. She has got to put a stop to it before it is too late. She must dismantle her brother's sinister legacy. In her race against time K discovers her true enemy, a woman named Rebecca. She is the one pulling the strings this whole time. She was once connected to her brother. Now carries on his vision in the most twisted way possible. It is all so complicated, the plot becomes twisted and sinister, and her world will soon be crashing down. How will K handle this mess and save the innocent? A novel that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I encourage you to read the entire series. You will have these stories in your hand until you finish the very last one. It will keep you mesmerized. I received this novel through BookFunnel. This is my true and honest opinion.

A dire situation

K is trapped and tortured by her captors. Lisa is in hiding but gets help from an unexpected source. Can she rescue K who is in the hands of an evil conniving woman out for revenge? A page turner which is suspenseful and scary. The author has aptly described the brutal and inhuman behaviour of the perpetrators.
