This was a really cute and sweet prequel to what’s to come in Twisted Candy Canes. Elijah and Ronan are so cute together, and they have an amazingly healthy relationship filled with acceptance and communication.
I did find that some of the dialogue seemed a little out of character at times - maybe too serious and too “precise” if that makes sense, but I only got a brief glimpse of their characters in the prequel. I’m excited to move to the main novel and see their growth!

MM isn't typically my genre, but these two are absolutely adorable together. This is a sweet story of two very different people forming an unlikely connection that blossoms into more. Loved it.
