This book was more of a Canadian travel guide than a “Who done it.” Someone must have told the author “wrote longer descriptions and use every adjective you can find” or he was so impressed with Canada he thought we would be too. I’ve enjoyed the detective part of Eric’s previous books and it was seriously lacking in this one. I got tired of fast-forwarding through all the lengthy descriptions of scenery. But, it was still an easy read so I gave it a 3.
Eric knows how to drive down a switch back hill with all the hair pin turns while drink a bottle of Canadian whiskey with one hand on the wheel! Great job Eric. MRB. Aka AQUAMANMIKE
The characters were fun and very talented. They work well together and have great ideas. The twists and turns really keep you gessing. I enjoyed this book from start to finish.
