Whew, what a ride…roller-coaster that is, drama, real feelings confessed, sweet n’sexy bits, & danger! Personally- I did not enjoy any of the poems… until Fletchers! BUT I did love Ryan’s explanation of how/why all the kids were “miracles” 💚💛🧡❤️🩷

Okay, I really liked the book it was so good. Everything you would expect from a biker's book but not as brutal as some, which was nice for a change. Next, in the blurb the author says, Kai Baxter is eleven years older than nineteen years old, Kayla Lewis. However, in the book, she states Kai is thirty-two. The same age as her brother, Ryan who is also, Kai’s. Ryan and Kai have been best friends since before, Kayla was born. Since, her father’s illness and then passing, they both run, the Titans, MC, together. Although, Ryan’s the president, and Kai is his right hand. Her father Jacob, was the founder of the club. Both boys looked up to him. But, especially, Kai.
When he came to live with his aunt he came from nothing, but people with black hearts. He came to their town at eleven, to live with her aunt and boyfriend. His aunt took off leaving him with, the boyfriend. He made friends with, Ryan and in turn, Jacob. The club watched over him as he lived in that home alone. I don’t know the particulars, only that Kai must’ve been a remarkable kid to hang with the club at such a young age. Her dad once said, they never had him do anything bad, but, he proved his worth every single day, he was born to the life.
Kai had come home for the most important business ever. Not that the work he had been doing in, Europe for the club hadn’t been important but he needed the one man he knew who was just as invested as him. So, here he was dismounting his bike and walking toward, Kayla after the biggest fight she and, Ryan had ever gotten in. All Kayla could think was, that she must be seeing things, since it had been two years, since he left for, Europe.
But nope, there he was. Her crush of all crushes, in the flesh. Telling her that he talked to, Ryan, and heard what happened. He tells her he’s only in town for the afternoon, and then he will be leaving to deliver a package to, Illinois. Then, out of nowhere, he asks if she would like to go with him. (No, nothing sus here.) Frankly, now that he put eyes on her, he thinks it's the worst idea in the world. Kai loves everything about, Kayla’s BBW body. He’s a big man and doesn't want to be afraid, that he would break the woman he’s with.
When she goes back to pack, she overhears the guys talking a bit. What she hears is not right, what she learns can only cause harm, if not done right. What she feels for him is real, yet she knows there is nothing that can happen without losing someone. One kiss leads to questioning more. But, it’s his answers that are real from the boy left behind. All he saw was her, he had never before seen the woman she’d become, before that day. When he left for, Europe, she was a shy kid in braces, who waved hi and bye.
She asks, “What if I’m not a firecracker in bed? Will you still want me?” “You don’t have to be anything except who you are, he says. “This isn’t a performance. You’re not trying to prove anything to me. Just being you, Kay, that’s enough. It’s more than enough. You’re the only woman I ever want. Ever need.” Now, all he could see was the mother of his children. But, he also felt the instant stab and bitter taste, of his betrayal, Ryan is his brother. But, he doesn’t have brotherly vibes for, Kayla at all. A must-read.

Kai had a rough childhood but it all turned around when Ryan and Kayla's dad step in. He gave Kai a family with Ryan and Kayla and a home with the Titan's MC. Kai acted like an older brother to Kayla and even read her bedtime stories. Kai went away for a couple of years when Kayla was a quiet teen. When he returned, he spots grown-up Kayla for the first time. For the first time, Kai feels a connection and attraction to his best friends sister. Kai would love to make her his but he doesn't want to lose his best friend. Then Ryan asks Kai to run an errand for him and take Kayla with him on the trip to keep her safe. It is going to be hard to resist his feelings for Kayla especially once he learns that she has feelings for him too.

Riding My Brother's Best Friend, Book 3 of the Delicious Taboos series, was about 32-year-old Kai Baxter, and 19-year-old Kayla Lewis. (The Blurb stated that Kai was 11 years older than Kayla. But in Chapter 1, during one of Kayla's inner musings, she stated that Kai had started reading to her when she was only four and he was 17. A few pages after she said that, she then said he was 32, the same age as her brother, Ryan...Kai's BFF.)
The constant, and very BAD, poetry was over the top and too much. The author kept stressing the point that the FMC was a wannabe poet. There was no need to flood the entire book with the crap.
While there was plenty of angst and drama, the storyline and plot were both very flat and inconsistent. The push/pull and conflict were out of proportion to the rest of what was going on in the book. The whole could have been wrapped up a good fifteen chapters before it did. With all of the repetition and fluff-n-stuff, it became very boring and trite.
Since this was supposed to be about a motorcycle club warring with another club, it should have focused on that and had the relationship built around it. But that's not how the author worked the plot, and it failed miserably. It was more like two separate, yet incomplete books that got thrown together and forced to work, which it didn't.
The two main characters weren't believable, nor were they well-developed or fleshed out. There was too much lacking in each o their personalities that would have helped them work better. As it stands, this book only got a two-star rating.

Even though Kayla had been crushing in her older brother’s best friend for years, she never thought she would get a chance to be with him, so when Kai invited her on a road trip she may have been apprehensive, but she accepted. Kai had been fantasising about a forever life with Kayla, but he tried everything to maintain a platonic relationship whilst they spent time together.
However, Kai’s will power continued to wane the more time he spent with Kayla, which led to their attraction for each other growing and them finally acknowledging their feelings for each other. Unfortunately, their budding romance had to be put on hold, as they had to return home urgently due to a family emergency. As luck would have it, they were able to get back on track once the problem was resolved and reveal their love for each other to their family.
If you are looking for a well written sexy story to read, then this one will do it for you. I found myself hooked on the story from the first page and couldn’t stop reading until I finished. Flora Ferrari tends to pull her readers into her stories and take them on one heck of a rollercoaster ride and I say without a shadow of doubt, that this one definitely didn’t disappoint.

2.9 stars - this book started off well but kinda fell off a bit as it went on IMO
the main issue was that i felt like there was not much chemistry. they were kinda both delulu and assuming things ab their “relationship” but there was nothing backing it up? they legit kissed once, did some hand stuff and then after being abandoned by the H, the h was thinking in her head that they were like a married couple ….. girl you’ve spoken approximately 50 sentences with this man and you haven’t spoken to him for 2 years - where are they finding this chemistry 😭 even throughout the ending, when they’re bringing up the relationship with the brother, they’re not even an active couple at this time??? idk i was confused.
also - the H legitimately and wholeheartedly HOWLING AT THE SKY AND BEATING AT HIS CHEST??? AND THE HEROINE BEING LOWKEY IMPRESSED BY IT?? mf is a human man plsss hababab
anywayyy, i really liked the emphasis the H put on in regards to not seeing the sister and anything but a kid, when she was 17. sometimes books are a bit iffy with that but this one wasn’t. the pacing was alright. i did like the drama and stuff @80%, and it wasn’t too ott either.

The story is good, but honestly it could have been about 30% shorter if the characters hadn't gone over and over and over and over and over constantly about how they were "betraying" Ryan with their feelings. It was honestly exhausting after about the 5th will-they-won't-they push/pull part of the dynamic. Also the "reasons" for the road trip really made little sense if they were just going to rush right back the moment something went wrong—the plot could have used a bit more plotting to make it all worked properly. BUT the relationship part was good, and I enjoyed the dynamic between Kay and Kai and felt like the story had a lot to offer and it was enjoyable; it just needed some tightening up on the motivations and the "why's" of it all because it felt rather forced instead of organic; like the author decided "I want this, this, this, and this to happen" and then forced the characters to get there even if it didn't work as well as it should. This was the first book by Flora Ferrari that I've read, and I'll definitely read others, because it was good; it just wasn't as good as it could have been.

SUPER angsty with sweet ending

Just a warning on this one, it was a sloooowwwww burn compared to a lot of Flora’s books. There’s also the most angst I’ve read in one of her books as well. If that isn’t your bag, you may want to skip this one, HOWEVER, neither of those things are something I love and I enjoyed the book and am glad I read it (although not my favorite) 😉
The MMC has a lot of secrets and I really didn’t guess any of them ahead of time. I liked the FMC too, she’s spunky and loves hard. I could have done with a little less guilt on both parts though
It didn’t really have a huge MC romance feel and felt more like just guys who happen to ride motorcycles.
It’s a decent book and I’d recommend it!

The focus of our MCs in the story is her brother, his best friend. The fact that the MMC has feelings for the FMC and vice versa but cannot act on it because of big bro is kinda miserable when all they wanted to do is shout it to the world and called the other mine. There is a bit of action, lots of traveling, someone was unalive and made unalive. But the blessings of the brother\best friend is one happy event. Though I don’t appreciate the brother’s/best friend’s tactics I understand why he did it. The FMC has a bit of a backbone here compared to the previous ones who has trouble with their self-esteem. It puts a smile to my face thinking that a poet is paired with the baddest of the MC. Well, the better to protect her of course. Turns out he make a good father, too.
It’s an MC story and the man realized she was meant to be his upon seeing her again for a long time in keeping up with the theme of the story.

This book is so intriguing! I could not help but enjoy every part of it. Kay is Ryan’s sister. Kai is Ryan’s best friend and together they are the leaders of the Titans, an MC. Ryan’s asks Kai to do a couple of favors for him without his sister’s knowledge. It is all done to keep her safe but she is determined to find out the truth. Kai takes Kay on a cross country trip on his bike to deliver something. Kat has had a crush on Kai since she was a child. Together, they embark on a fragile relationship with each other but a real one nonetheless.
This book gave me some definite feels! There was some steam so that was great! Flora’s female characters tend to be on the bigger side and Kay fit into that category. I love their unconditional love for each other.

I loved Riding My Brother’s Best Friend Book 333 of A Man Who Knows What He Wants. Kaunas been gone two years. The second he sees Kayla he’s a changed man. She’s it for him, his wife and the mother of his children. But how, her brother is his best friend and it would be a betrayal. Danger is coming and Kai has to take Kayla away. The intensity is to much, they have to push each other away or they will burn. They can’t keep going this way, they need her brothers blessing. This was a great story and I loved the characters. It had lots of suspense, danger and steamy scenes. I wish I could get her brothers story. I would definitely recommend this book.

Kai is having issues coming to terms with the little girl he read stories to and the stunning, curvy young woman she has become. Kai returns home after being overseas for 2 years to see that Kayla, his best friend's sister is all grown up now. He ends up taking her on a cross country trip on the back of his bike to deliver a package for Ryan. During that whole time he is fighting back his feelings for Kayla, they both are. Also during this time they are traveling someone is after them. Kayla's brother, Ryan, ends up getting shot so they return home. The men go to war and win. In the meantime, Kayla tells Ryan about her feeling of Kai and Ryan makes Kai chose either Kayla or Ryan. He chooses her and he proposes to her. In the end they have kids.

This forbidden, hot romance will leave you panting for more of Flora Ferrari's A Man Who Knows What He Wants Series. I have read a great many of her works, and this one will leave you wanting more. Her characters are well developed and very realistic. Our female lead is shy with just the right dash of sassy, and the older brother's brooding best friend does his best to resist temptation, but the law of attraction wins in the end. Throw in the intrigue of a rogue motorcycle club, and you have all the elements of a steamy read.

This is Kayla and Kai’s story. It was quite a quick read and I enjoyed reading their story. It is an age gap romance with the taboo aspect of brother’s best friend.
It has some steamy moments with plenty of action and drama to make up the storyline. I liked the characters, even though Kai is a biker, he would do anything to protect his woman.
I especially loved the HEA and the epilogues. I want to know if Ryan, Kayla’s brother gets his own story. This is another Flora Ferrari book that I enjoyed reading and can’t wait to read more!.

Another winner from Flora Ferrari. Kay has had a crush on Kai since she was young. Now she's grown up and sees that he looks at her differently. Kai has been asked to take Kay and get her out of town as there is trouble afoot with a rival MC. Ryan, her brother runs the Titans MC. So they take off on a road trip and they can't resist their feelings for each other. They have an interesting journey with sizzling steam. drama, passion, lust, danger, action, secrets, adventure, and more. This was a quick steamy story.

Flora Ferrari writes books where you get lost in their world until you get to the last chapter. I love her writing style and how she gets you involved with the characters in a way that time ceases to exist while you're reading.

I always enjoy the brothers best friend trope. Kai is in a motorcycle club with Kayla's older brother. Kayla's father was like a father to Kai when he was younger. Kayla has had a crush on Kai since she was a little girl but never felt Kai would have feelings for her because she was plus sized and her brother. This was a good story with some drama from another motorcycle gang. Some editing issues but nothing that takes away from the story.

Riding My Brother’s Best Friend by Flora Ferrari is a good, and enjoyable steamy brother's best friend age gap romance read. The story has a great entertaining world building story line. The characters are great, and they have great chemistry. This story is a very entertaining page turning forbidden desire romance read that is full of suspense, secrets, drama and steam. Riding My Brother's Best Friend was an amazing insta love romance by Flora Ferrari. Kayla feels hurt and angry when she learns her brother knew about their dad's illness but kept it from her. Needing space she starts walking only to run into Kai, her brother's best friend and her childhood crush. Kai has not seen Kayla in 2 years and she is definitely not teenager he remembers or the little girl he used to read bedtime stories to. He knows without doubt she belongs with him and no one else. I promise you will not be able to stop reading until the very last page.

This Book 3 in The Delicious Taboos Book Series has an intriguing short story with well-crafted characters who have fallen for each other. He is her older brother's Best friend and he takes her on a road trip. She doesn't know her brother sent her away to keep her safe and he is fighting his attraction for her. The attraction is too strong, what will happen when her brother finds out. These characters work their way to their HEA. It is a great, quick read like all Ferrari stories. A must read short romance.
