This book is packed with incredibly helpful information and laid out in a way that’s easy to follow, even if you’re starting from zero. I really enjoyed how clearly each step of the beekeeping process was broken down, from choosing the right hive to knowing exactly what to look for during inspections.
The recommendations for equipment and hive styles were practical and realistic, and the guidance on how to get connected with local beekeeping groups was especially valuable.

Beginners bee keeping
Great beginner bee keeping book offering clear instructions on ever thing you will need to get started with a checklist. This book will help with the different steps, different seasons and most important the harvesting. Bees are a big part of our life and I'm glad to be able to start me a hive with help from this well written book.

This was a great book and will hopefully set me on track as I attempt to start my own bee colony this spring. Four stars because I think more photos would’ve been good for some of the examples. This author could consider adding QR codes and making videos for parts of the book that describe the manual processes! Overall great book and very easy to digest.

When I got to the section on pests, I realized that bee keeping was not for me. It seems to be too much work for the return. While a well written book, the investment, potential loss, and effort are not to my liking.

This book has a few typos, which distract from the content. I do appreciate the basic beginner content, but wish it was more in depth in some of the areas.
