still a great series but a little vague
I’m giving a 4 star instead of 5 bc this book really didn’t connect a few ends or left a few loopholes, like Anita’s baby, who’s the father.? I didn’t like how Anita and Mimi were able to be with these men with these deadly secrets did have. Both of these men sleeping with snakes. They were not good women and they didn’t deserve happily ever after. Treasure should have had a HEA and I felt so bad about Treasure that I think I was grieving bc she was a good person. I wish she would’ve stayed with Javon. I just loved Mike as their father and I hated he lost control of his kids. Junior was my favorite but I did blame him for Treasure even tho he told her hardheaded butt to stay in the house. Junior should’ve left Nate to fend for himself and got on the flight. Now, Nate, I don’t want to discuss him but I have to give him a little dab for his street justice. So author, what happened to Mike after he gets out of prison.? Will the Russians still look for Mimi, will Marlon ever find out about Mimi, what happened to Junior and will Nate be able to keep The Family in business, What’s up with Tone after he left and most definitely the baby situation, did anyone find out who killed Cain? Just a few questions I would love to have answers to.

Loved, loved, loved this series.
Alex, once again, you did not disappoint it took me a while to leave my review because I had to start all over with book 1 and read the entire series. I know it's either another book or a spin-off from this series. I am glad that Carl, Cain, and Detective Johnson got what they deserved. Sorry about Skinny-K, Candy Rose, and Treasure. Now, to the next book, I need Mike to be coming home, Tyrone, to handle Nate. Jimmie to find someone to love out in Colorado, Lucky to live a long life. For Junior and Mike to make up and move on. Reese and Charlize to start a family. Miss Joplin's full story. I just loved how you mixed the old with the new. Yes, let's not forget about Sonny. Please don't let the Russians get to Marlon and Mimi. Once again, another readtastic series. Signed one of Alex Angel's. Wish I could rate more than five stars. May God continue to bless you. Alex you are the goat hands down. There is not a book you have wrote that was not fire. What a way to come back and set the reading world on fire. Hands down it was such a good read. I could not put it down. Well worth the wait.

Good read!!
I loved this series! The Don or Mike suffered in the end he loss everything. This was a good read. I wish the ending had been different, and lanita had a larger presence in the last book but all in all it was good.

Disappointed
I didn’t like the ending. Treasure could have been spared then I would’ve been satisfied. Everything else was how I figured it would turn out.

I didn’t like how this last book brought in too many new characters without resolving what happened to Tone and his girl. We don’t know if the baby ended up being Tone’s or Carl’s. And it pissed me off that Treasure was killed
