In this story we learn about The 3 dragons & their dream one day finding their mates, & the possibility of having dragonlings …..
So, when Victor approached them with a proposal & told them about a possible female that could be used for breeding their dragonlings… You can just Imagine what they would risk for the possibility of having dragonlings, even if that it meant starting a war
Drago is over 200 years old & hasn’t bedded a female in years….. so, when one of the females Victor brought as a gift draw him to her, and Drago realizes she was in heat, he quickly realize he wants her for himself … Drago wants Kara as his Mate even if she can’t give him dragonlings……… Drago will risk even his bond with his brothers for Kara

Under His Reign is Willow Winters' latest release and although it featured an already established world and characters, it was rather easy to pick up and read as a standalone. I wished the author could have provided new readers with more context and/or background information to her world and characters because it started and ended abruptly. Nevertheless, I thought Dragos and Kara's story was engaging, emotional, and incredibly steamy. There were some unexpected and tearful moments between the two, which I appreciated. In his attempt to seduce Kara, Dragos intentionally withheld information from her and his intent—which had major consequences to their relationship and resulted in some heartbreaking moments. It was refreshing to see a dominant and possessive hero fumble and fail to appease his vulnerable heroine who wore her heart on her sleeve.
In the end, Dragos and Kara's romance was passionate, all-consuming, and angsty. I enjoyed this book and am curious about what will happen next. The book does end abruptly, despite having an epilogue. The story began and ended with a character named "Alec," who we know is a sorcerer. He was in love with a woman named Isabella but she was unfortunately kidnapped by Galen. I was perplexed by this relationship because Galen already seemed possessive of Isabella even though she was in love with someone else and only had the potential to "heat" and carry dragonlings. In my opinion, Cyrus was a much more interesting character and level-headed compared to his two brothers. Considering their traumatic past and the fact that they were the only three dragons left in this world, Cyrus lived in the moment and didn't care about being mated. I highly recommend this book to those who are looking for a quick and steamy paranormal romance with a dominant hero who falls first for his independent and spitfire heroine.

One of my favourite authors is Willow Winters. Honestly, she can write in any subgenre or cliche and do it justice. Under His Reign is the sixth book in the To Be Claimed series, and it tells the story of Drago and Kara. Drago and his brethren are the final dragons, who make for a magnificent To Be Claimed World addition. Drago and Kara are both extremely fascinating, passionate, and engrossing characters with an incredibly alluring, tempting, and compelling story. Drago is the sexy, possessive, and dominant book boyfriend that we all enjoy and want. Furthermore, the hot and scorching need between these two is smouldering. I wish this had been longer because I want to see more of how their relationship develops. It was a fascinating dynamic to see. In addition to that epilogue, I have a tonne of unanswered questions, and I can't wait until the next book!

Get Toasty as the flames are coming in HOT with this dragon shifter romance set in the to be claimed world! Drago is the last of his kind along with his two brothers. With a war waging from the Authority, can he protect their realm and find a mate when none are left? Well, things might change when a human named Kara is given to him for his help. A wild and great addition to this PNR world of dragons, shifters and more. I knew dragons run warm but whoa…this one will melt your body, in a good way, with his D/s behavior. Although their story has an HEA there are many more from within this world I’m sure will be told. Told in dual POV

I was a bit confused because this just "stopped" at chapter 18 in Kindle Vella with an epilogue, but then picks up with some of Alec's story...I think she stopped updating the Kindle Vella version and is writing the real thing. Update: Nope, this is the full book. This might just be me not having read enough of WW's books but they start out really strong but start to fall off at the end with wrapping things up too quickly, too neatly, or just seemingly...stop. I am a fan of shorter novella/short story romance books but normally the spice is heavy throughout to really keep it interesting (for example, Awakened Blood, 134 pages but 🌶️!) I am going to keep trying with Willow's work for a bit and see if my feelings about her endings are true or if I have just been unfortunate with the selections read thus far.

Part of The To Be Claimed Saga, however we're now onto the dragons that we've heard of in previous books.
Although this could be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the other books, it will give a far better understanding of what's happening on their world.
Now, back to he actual story... Drago, Galen and Cyrus are the only dragons left - anywhere! So for the chance of keeping their lineage alive, they need to find their mates, even though it's unknown if a human mate can carry dragonlings.
Now, if you'd said I'd be reading this genre a while back, I'd have laughed! PNR just isn't my cup of tea BUT this world has me intrigued!! It's interesting, it's passionate, it's addictive and it's hot 🔥
A good read that I definitely recommend, even if it's not your normal kinda read!

This book was so easy to get caught up in. I literally read it in one sitting. That's how good it was. I’ve been so excited and very anxious to read about the dragons in this world. Considering I’ve never read a romance that revolves around shifters who become dragons, this was quite intriguing! This author really knows how to grip her audience in any kind of world, but in the To Be Claimed world, it feels like it’s on another level.
I can’t wait to read the next book within this world. I know it’s just going to be as steamy and smutty!

Another unputdownable shifter romance that has as much heat as the dragons do.
I absolutely love Pnr, so I was excited about this as it's a new one for me. I could not put it down, Drago and Kara are undeniable, the pure heat and chemistry had me hooked, it had me on the edge of my seat.

What I liked about Kara was her ability to understand the danger she was in, make a decision and follow through. Her ability to pivot, adjust her decisions with new information and in a new situation allowed her to find a future she could be happy in. And the way she is able to recognize the three brothers by sight shows cleverness.

Under His Reign is a standalone that takes place in the To Be Claimed world and it's a thrilling addition to the world as well.
In the to be claimed world Dragon shifters have been basically non-existent or they at least stay out of sight. Dragon shifters have been feared for a long time because they are the most powerful shifters. Being out of the site of humans and other shifters or paranormal creatures they've stayed to themselves after the Great Purge which nearly caused them all to be extinct.
Drago and his brothers are the last three surviving Dragon shifters.
This is Drago and Kara's story. And it is a whirlwind of tense emotion, animalistic attraction, and a blazing Inferno of sexual chemistry that's off the charts.
Kara is brought to Drago and his brothers along with two other female slaves in exchange for their help with the upcoming war against the authority. Regardless of whether the dragon shifters help or not these three women are theres. Drago however has an immediate connection with her and his inner dragon is just clawing on the inside of his chest wanting her for some unknown reason to Drago. He doesn't know what it is but the pool to her is undeniable.
These two fierce, stubborn, highly dominant characters are absolutely amazing and just made for each other. Their story is one of my favorites so far in this paranormal world. One that takes the readers on a journey of struggles that are overcome and enlightenment of what there really is between the two. Drago has to come to terms with what's really going on internally and also has to help Kara see that there is more to him than meets the eye.
Willow Winters has a gift of taking a genre that you normally don't read and get you addicted to it. The gift she has is extraordinary and the story she tells stick with you in your heart and in your head.
Under his Reign is the first book of the dragons stories and I for one cannot wait to see what brother is in the next. Dragon shifters maybe my new favorite shifters.

This was a deliciously spicy paranormal romance featuring dragon shifters. Drago, Cyrus, and Galen are the last of their kind and have become hopeless at ever finding their mates and procreating.
With war on the the horizon, an entity known as the Authority seeks out the three brothers for assistance, bringing with them three human women as an offering. Kara, the frailest looking of the women, immediately catches Drago's eye.
Drago! This man was absolutely titillating. He exuded dominance and power, but also such tenderness. The care he took with Kara in their Dom/Sub relationship was swoon-worthy. And who knew fire play could be so darn sexy.
Kara's past was not a pretty one. She suffered so much and was not a trusting person because of it. I loved her feistiness when calling Drago out. I loved how Drago was intent on breaking down her walls in order to form a deeper connection with her.
Drago and Kara's romance was angsty, passionate, and deeply erotic. I couldn't get enough of them. I definitely want to find out if Galen and Cyrus find their HEA.

I had no idea that Willow Winters wrote paranormal and I am seriously blown away by her latest book, Under His Reign.
After reading another book about dragons, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book as it stars dragon shifters!
Under His Reign is the story about Drago, Cyrus and Galen, the last surviving dragons and their hunt to find mates. This book particularly focuses on Drago but is written in multiple points of view, which I loved. Drago is suddenly presented with an opportunity to potentially find a suitable mate and latches on with both talons.
Kara, ends up being given to the three dragon brothers as a slave but quickly realises that the brothers aren't as evil as everyone leads them to be. The leader of the trio, Drago, is fascinated with Kara and snatches her away before either of his brothers can catch on to what is happening.
The heat level of this book was off the charts involving, D/s, fire play and much more! I loved the compatibility between Kara and Drago but felt that this book could have been a bit longer (hence only four stars). I felt that the ending was rushed.
That being said though, I can't wait to read the next book!

I totally went into this book like I did with the other shifter books by Tessa Lilly and Tara West, wasn’t excited but boom ended up sucked into it and wanting more! The spice factor was amazing and I really really enjoyed the fact that she put her foot down when she didn’t want to be submissive and he respected her. I really really like Drago, he loves her no matter if she could give babies or not.
One thing that I would have liked is if we got to hear the 3 year gap before she got pregnant, I think it was too quick of an ending. I wanna know how they felt when they found out she was pregnant. And we’re the really fated mates ? Human and dragon shifter ?
Over all a good book and I will look out for the next one with Alec!

Under His Reign is the next standalone within an already established world. While this is the first book of the elusive dragons we've heard about, there is still so much mystery surrounding them. We do learn about The Purge, which ended all of the dragons' lives aside from Drago and his two brothers. That their bloodline could end with them if they can not find mates who can carry their dragonlings.
When the whispers of mates being hidden from them by the Authority come to light by Victor, the spark of a war could be on the horizon. Victor brings 3 gifts to the brothers, one of which grabs the attention of Drago. He knows she is his mate from the moment he sees her. Their relationship starts off rocky, but over the next few days, Kara, his mate, learns to love Drago and who he really is to her. We get a glimpse of their future (and one of his brothers) at the end, but will it be a happy ending for all?

My fingers are still singed from touching this one. Under His Reign is about Dragos, Cyrus, and Galon needing to find mates quickly. A day has come when Dragos could have possibly found him, her name is Kara. He takes her back to his home with his brothers. They are confused by Dragos' manner and want to know what's going on. This book is hot, steamy, and a little humorous in spots. Just enough to keep you involved. I liked this one. Dragons are not my thing usually but, she has once again redeemed my faith in reading fantasy books once again.
This book does have an HEA, which I like. I am sure there will be more because there are brothers in The Shadows waiting their turn.
Can't wait to read more.

This book was sizzling hot, literally and figuratively! This is my first dragon read and I loved it! They may very well be my favorite type of shifter!
Drago and Kara had so much sexual tension that it was hard to breathe at times. I found myself holding my breath hoping things would turn out for the better, that she would accept Drago and be able to carry his bl dragonling. I couldn’t read how things were going to turn out for Drago and his brothers once they realized Drago was keeping a secret from them.
The steamy scenes were scorching. The action was intense and the wonder of it all kept me flipping the pages!! I can’t wait to read more about these hot as sin drogons that are the last of their kind. Will they be able to carry on their legacy? Read this to find out!

The steamy scenes were scorching. The action was intense and the wonder of it all kept me flipping the pages!! I can’t wait to read more about these hot as sin drogons that are the last of their kind. Will they be able to carry on their legacy? Read this to find out!

Willow is one of my favourite authors and I was excited to dive into this read as I love this world. I was eager to know about the Last three Dragons. Drago, Galen and Cyrus must find there mates if they want for there kind to survive. I was intrigued by everything that was happening. I loved getting to know Kara, Drago and how they fall despite the circumstances. Just as I knew the spice was off the charts and there chemistry was smoking hot. By the end I am left wanting for more. Now I cannot wait for the next book as I am addicted to this series. Thanks to Willow and Wildfire Marketing for the advanced copy of this great read.

Well the dragons have made themselves known. Three brothers who’ve been quiet now are ready to tell their tales.
Dragon finds his mate in a human named Kara who’s dumped at his feet in exchange for help with a sorcerer who’s on a path to a takeover of the Authority. Well let’s say Kara isn’t happy and she makes it known her displeasure. But of course her attraction to Dragon is starting to make her question a lot.
These two are hot together. And I like the fact she’s feisty and gives him “lip”. He needed a good knock in the head.
Can’t wait to see what happens with his brothers because that ending proved to wow!

Was really enjoying this one up until the epilogue chapter. I LOVE epilogues like I feel incomplete if a book doesn't have one but this one threw me off. It felt like A huge chunk of the story was missing and we literally skipped like 10 chapters😭. Don't get me wrong I loved what I read in the epilogue I just would have liked to read about how they got to that point.
Now the story itself was really good come on I really like the connection between Drago and kara. It was a little bit fast but at the same time it doesn't feel rushed. I feel like he definitely loves her more than she does him which I love (love me a man obsessed with his girl). He spoils her and just wants to make sure that she's healthy and happy. I would have liked a bit more of them outside of the bedroom though.

This story is from the same world as the To Be Claimed series and Broken Fate. This is technically a standalone, but I would suggest reading the other stories so that you can understand little details or the backstories of characters that were also featured in those stories. This story features three brothers who are dragon shifters. Dragons, need I say more? This story has quite a bit of spice and a great storyline. I can't wait to see how future books expand on this world. I love Willow Winters books, and this world has got to be my favorite from her.

I absolutely am obsessed with dragons and anytime I get to read a story about them, I will drop everything. As soon as I started reading this book I didn’t want to stop. Drago is one of the last dragon shifter and he’s been searching for his mate. When he spots Kara, it’s endgame but when Drago withholds info it be the end. I absolutely love Drago and Kara together and I’m so excited for Cyrus and Galen’s story. How this book ended with definitely have you wanting more.

Dragon shifter instalove, don’t mind if I do. This is another book in the To Be Claimed world. Drago and Kara’s story was fast paced but full of all the feels. A sorcerer went to the last remaining dragons and spewed lies and needing help from them for a war that is brewing. He in returns gives them gifts, 3 female prisoners. Kara was one of them and Drago was instantly attracted to her. Being the last remaining dragons they were losing hope of finding mates and having children. Kara is a human and is confused by the how strong the pull is towards Drago. They hit a few bumps but they over come the misunderstandings and confusion. Things fall into place for them but we are left on a cliffy. There is more to come and I am totally her for it. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Omg this was spicy in the best of ways. Kara and Drago were an interesting dynamic to read and the angst and hurt I felt for both of them when things were rough 😫 I understand why Drago did the things her did but there were better ways to go about handling their “situation.” And Kara having her entire world shifted and she’s just supposed to accept her new surroundings and circumstances. It was an interesting dynamic to see their relationship develop and I just wish this was longer cause I want more of them. That epilogue, I have soo many questions and ugh I can’t wait for the next book!

I’m loving this series so much! From the beginning I was hooked and was a little disappointed when I ended it.
Drago was perfect, and for a dragon with a hot temper, he was very caring and patient with Kara. I loved even when he thought she wouldn’t be able to get pregnant, he was still determined to keep her. He loved her and wanted her as his mate regardless of if she got pregnant.
I’m really looking forward to finding out what happens with Isabella. She was with Alec, and then Galen stole her for himself. So I’m really excited to see how that plays out!

Drago is one of triplets, and he is looking for his mate, and there is an instant connection with Kara when he sees her. Kara has had a tough life and is wary off having feelings for someone.
This is a well written easy to read, action packed story, with emotions, romance, family, intrigue, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, unpredictable, and steamy addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Hot dragon shifter romance, yes please! The last three dragons in existence are hoping to find mates to continue the species. This is Drago and Kara’s story and hopefully the other brothers are coming. There was some good tension and as always excellent spice. This feels like a level up in the To Be Claimed world.

WOW, WHAT A SERIES!
This just keeps getting better and better (and more addictive!). This is Willow Winters at her finest. This series is so addictive you just want to keep reading.
