Derek Walters is a leading authority on the history and practice of Chinese astrology. His lectures take him around the world, and he has written a number of successful books, including The Secrets of Chinese Astrology and The Feng Shui Handbook.
It was written in a way that made it difficult to follow. At first I was surprised at the negative writing towards Feng Shui, but I wasn't always sure if that was the Dereck Walters' opinion or another author's opinion that Walters would later comment on. If you are looking for a book on Feng Shui practices, this is not the book for you. If you want a book dealing with a bit of history of Feng Shui, then this has some interesting information. It's written more like a term paper, with lots of references to other books and comments on those references. I've read another of Derek Walers' books, and enjoyed it, but I didn't enjoy this one much.
