Fun to read, especially with the nods to Denver and Little Italy in the Highlands. Made me think of my Nonni in the new world. It is a tale of two Italian families in 1940s Denver and the world of organized crime.
"Sons of Potenza" is a riveting tale of two Italian families in 1940s Denver, where power and ambition collide in the world of organized crime. As Black Jack Scaglia rises to the top, the Donatos face a choice: remain under control or ally with the Scaglias for the American Dream. This gripping novel explores themes of family, faith, and the pursuit of dreams in a rapidly changing America.
Very good story with visceral imagery but a good connected story with a lot of drama. Some grammatical/spelling errors throughout but otherwise really well put together and enjoyable.
