Fate leads them all to the birthplace of evil within the realm and the final showdown―but not all of them will survive. The fate of the world hangs in the balance as they clash with the forces of evil.

I am a newly published author, finally taking my lifelong hobby of writing to the next level. Publishing a novel has been one of my goals for almost 40 years, and this marks a milestone in my life. I feel everyone has at least one good story to tell, and with luck, you will agree. I also intend to release more fiction from this point forward. I want to offer a good story that lets the reader have a temporary escape to be entertained.

Scourge is the first of a planned series, and I have various other fiction and creative non-fiction projects in the works.

I was a finalist in the Sante Fe Writer’s Project annual contest for one of my short stories, which is also set to become a full-length novel.

I live in West Texas with my wife and herd of furry, four footed children.

Demon’s by Rodney McWilliams.,

This is one of the best reviews I’ve ever had to write, after finishing the book, I’m just in stunned silence and shocked by this unknown magical, masterpiece that has just been a privilege to read, listen to and review

It’s a mysterious phenomenon, a mystical masterpiece that has more shocks, chills and thrills, you’re have your emotions shredded as you react to new characters, such as Rokna, it’s a case of magical, mayhem, chaos and death, such a detailed storyline, character development and world-building are exceptional and the way it starts so dramatic makes it feel like it’s you who is involved, but also with vampires, old friends and the new. The development of characters is simply mind blowing and at times, you need a step back, to simply marvel at the writing style, the way the magical world lore is created and built, takes Demons to a new level, or realm in this case.

It’s a true masterpiece and definitely a top tier novel, exceeding the 5-stars for the breakdown, writing is just exceptional, the story telling is beyond description and so easy to read, the story style flows perfectly, and it’s also very much something I would recommend to anyone, especially considering the dimensions of this chilling, blood thirsty and dark world that could come into existence.

To hear more you’re just going to have to read it, to experience the story of chills and thrills, and will end up sitting on the edge of your seat, as you everything unfold, it’s is one of the most remarkable books from a first time novelist, I’ve ever had the opportunity to read their entire life’s work.

It’s a true masterpiece and testament to Rodney McWilliams anew author, as he takes centre stage in the dark, gothic, yet modern world, I look forward to reading what happens next, and a wonderful experience to explore with the characters.

Thank you Rodney, I look forward to what happens next and I’ll be following your journey as a writer.

I could hardly wait for this next book, Demons, to come out. I was not disappointed. Some of my favorite characters, especially Angela and Eli, were back as well as new, interesting, and unusual beings. The author is so creative in his use of parallel universes, unusual and mysterious settings for the murders to occur, and the struggle between good and evil. As before, the characters become believable both as family members and detectives who support and care about each other while battling some horrendous enemies. As before there were points where I absolutely had to keep reading.
Both books in the series have been very well edited.

his is the second book in McWilliams’ trilogy and I have found a new genre to love! This story picks up with the same multi-dimensional characters that I fell in love with in Book One, plus some new ones, and I enjoyed getting to watch them evolve as the plot raced breathtakingly forward.

Filled with vampires, other-worldly gargoyles, mythical creatures, and lots of action, McWilliams weaves a world of color and creativity. I couldn’t wait to see how it would all end up, and how each of the characters would come together to triumph over evil.

I eagerly anticipate the final book in the series and am once again left with the impression that McWilliams’ vision would be the perfect addition to the DC or Marvel universe. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to read something completely unique and engaging.
