Some interesting boss monsters each with their own mechanics, some solid developments in Akira's and Katsuya's character and a few new titbits on the bigger world. The mystery of Alpha, her counterpart dealing with Katsuya and their purpose certainly has me hooked. For me there were a few too many fights, but not to point that it affected my enjoyment of the series. So, all in all, a decent read, and looking forward to the next volume.
