He often provides and mentions well nationalities, birth, and death dates for persons and etymologies and pronunciation guides for technical terms. Guide to Science, the tripartite set Understanding Physics, and Chronology of Science and Discovery exemplify these books.
Asimov, a long-time member, reluctantly served as vice president of Mensa international and described some members of that organization as "brain-proud and aggressive about their IQs." He took more pleasure as president of the humanist association. The asteroid 5020 Asimov, the magazine Asimov's Science Fiction, an elementary school in Brooklyn in New York, and two different awards honor his name.

¿Puede la inteligencia artificial cambiar el destino de la humanidad? Robots e Imperio, de Isaac Asimov, explora esta idea en un relato que mezcla ciencia, filosofía y poder.
La primera mitad del libro parece dispersa, sin un protagonista claro. Pero todo cobra sentido en la segunda parte: los robots, con un perfil bajo, administran la humanidad para garantizar su supervivencia. Su objetivo no es individual, sino colectivo: crear un imperio que asegure el futuro.
Asimov plantea algo fascinante: ¿qué pasa cuando una inteligencia superior toma decisiones más allá de los intereses personales? Hoy, la IA identifica patrones invisibles para nosotros y abre caminos nuevos. En la novela, los robots hacen lo mismo, pero con un propósito que trasciende la vida individual.
Otro punto clave es la evolución humana. Asimov imagina dos ramas: los humanos terrestres y los espaciales, con estilos de vida y valores distintos. ¿Podría la vida fuera de la Tierra generar una nueva especie, como ocurrió con el Homo sapiens? Quizás el mejor libro de la saga de los robots. Atrapa desde el primer momento y parece estar leyendo una serie de historia de matrioskas muy bien engarzadas.

Asimov never disappoints! What a wonderful book! The best of the robot series, humanity is in front of a lot a changes with the expansion across the universe and the robots know there's a way of predicting what's coming. It was such a good book! 10/10
