What starts as a post-apocalyptic story quickly builds into an exciting rescue adventure filled with action and spectacular powers. I was impressed by Kennedy's knack for memorable characters and well-paced action sequences.
I've read superhero comics most of my life, and there were powers in here that I had never seen or thought of before. I loved the imagination throughout. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Loved this book so much and honestly couldn't put it down. I had a layover in Istanbul, it was 2 AM, and I couldn't sleep because I wanted to finish the book so badly haha.
I love the character development and how the stellar and the lunar powers and properties make more and more sense as the book goes on. It had a Harry Potter meets Hunger Games vibe which I loved. Can't wait for book 2!

This book is amazing! I love the intricate world and fascinating characters that Conner Kennedy created. I never wanted to put this book down so I read through it so quickly!! It has a perfect mix of action, sci-fi, and emotional pull.
