hard to follow a lil bit but it had alotta nice ideas in it. some stuff to come back to.
also he put the 10 steps to emotional freedom squished in at the end for some reason i think it coulda been better to use the steps as the guideline for the whole book?

i liked the journal prompts and the way he talked about how emotional trauma is formed

reaaallllyyyyy interesting how he talked about the nervous system and sympathetic system and ways to calm it down

i liked this one tho: "we never know how strong we are until strong is the only option"
