It feels like this book was written by AI as there are numerous word/grammatical errors. The characters are not fully developed which leaves gaps in story plot lines. While it is a boxed set, each story is not connected to each other so there is no cohesiveness to the separate books. The last story ending just does that, ends, with no postlude, leaving the reader to wonder 'whatever happens next'. I read numerous types of these books and this series was by far the most incomplete series I have read.
about possible scenarios following an EMP. Each story is told from a different perspective. A lot of thought went into these books. Now finally, I could get Goodreads to count it as four different books.
An EMP attack has left the United States in chaos. This book describes how Americans from different areas handle the situation and the loss of electric and communications.
Good read. Great info about what to do and might happen after an EMP. But folks from large city’s and towns will probably have it much worse if possible,
I didn't care for it. I felt the dialogue was awful, the story kinda dragged on the sped up at the end to wrap up the story in the last 3 chapters, so I didn't finish the next two books
