Overview of the Quality Process Assessment Model that Selena Delesie and Lisa Crispin developed and used. It provides all the dimensions and reasons to understand the model. This book is a description of said model, and useful for anyone intending to run these. It does _not_ contain any facilitation hints. If you are looking for this, there's a second book about how to facilitate theses assessments.
