Many recipes contain suggestions for alternative ingredients or cooking methods to encourage innovation and fun in the kitchen. Each recipe is explained in step-by-step instructions accompanied by clear illustrations.

Not just for boys, but a great help to get kids comfortable in the kitchen. Covers a wide range of basic, healthy, economic meals that are simple to tailor to taste preferences. Nicely presented to jumpstart sessions in the kitchen.
