Alexandre and Elena.
Alpha and a cop
Elena is an AIP agent who has to "study" both Alex and Alaric who are two Tampa Alphas of their packs. Elena falls for Alex and ends up mating with her. Alex knew Elena was not Maria at the benefit dinner. During that event, Vesper (- a shadow cryptic -) vaporized and stole information from Alaric for Elena and the case.
Elena found out Vesper is in love with Coren Noel and their story is book 5!
