This is just plain fun. It leans into a lighter, sometimes silly tone, but there’s real heart underneath it that keeps things grounded. The dynamic between Jon Kent and Damian Wayne is the clear strength here — their clashing personalities, gradual trust, and genuine growth give the story more emotional weight than you might expect at first glance.

The action is energetic and easy to follow, the pacing keeps things moving, and the character moments land well without ever feeling heavy-handed. It’s focused on being entertaining, accessible, and character-driven, and it succeeds at all three. Overall, this is a genuinely good time and an easy recommendation if you want something light, fun, and well-executed.

The adventures of Damian Wayne and Johnathan Kent, the sons of Batman and Superman. This was a fun read with stunning kinetic art. You would think that the personalities would clash being that wholesome John was raised by Clark & Lois and dour Damian growing up in the Assassin's Guild and mostly raised by Talia Al Ghul and later being reared by Batman.
They balance each other very well each learning from one another.
Of course Damian being the adventurous one of the two tends to get John in quite a number of dangerous predicaments.
This is all in the name of fighting injustice of course.

Was unsure if I would like this going in, ended up not being for me. Jon just isn’t compelling to me as a character, and Damian has better stories elsewhere. Art varies but for some reason I don’t really like Jimenez stuff.
