A truly easy-to-use guide to clear strategy execution. Compared with other books on the Balanced Scorecard, this one strips down all the unneeded complexity and leaves only what matters. As Paul Niven points out: for Scorecard to succeed, it cannot be viewed as a one‐time event. Here's everything you need to create a strategy map for your team - along with the performance measures that keep you on track and lead to success. Highly recommended for all managers, at every level.
