Draco defects to the Resistance. His Dark Mark is gone, he renounces Occlumency, the deadness abates. And mysteries intrigue him. Granger is such a mystery. A dark, magnificent, awe-inspiring one.
[Wartime AU. Seven years after the Battle of Hogwarts. Slow Burn.]
Fandom: Harry Potter Pairing: Hermione Granger/Draco Malfoy
4.5 stars!! I couldn’t put this one down! A great wartime fic. Absolutely loved getting Draco’s POV the entire time!! Can’t wait to read Hermione’s next!
Fanfic dramione.

- war fic - defected Draco - voldy won - enemies x lovers (mild imo) - slow burn
This was very different from usual, maybe this why I didn’t love it so much, but it’s commendable that this was different. For starters, Hermione is more powerful and badass than Draco. This is a first draco who doesn’t use Occlumency because apparently it damages the soul in this world , ngl occlumency is one of my favorite thing when reading fanfic draco. It gives him AURA. Which was lacking in this. Hermione has a touch phobia due to past trauma. Order is far more powerful than death eaters, they have proper facilities and quite comfortable, it reminded me of shatter me, divergent and hunger games living, training and fighting quarters. Which was refreshing to read for sure. But after reading 20/39 chapters, i lost interest for no reason. But regardless of my mood swings, this was good.
I really enjoyed this wartime fic. The book takes place 7 years after the battle at Hogwarts. It’s all Draco’s POV and I love seeing this story from his perspective alone. Surprisingly Hermione is the toxic one and her growth comes very slowly. Draco on the other hand is ready to change right from the beginning. It’s a slow burn but has a HEA.
The writing felt a juvenile, especially in the monologues, but that might be a language barrier issue. The author translated the work themselves from their native tongue so kudos on that! Good story, tight plot line. The romance developed beautifully.
Fanfiction so I won’t rate it. I’m a sucker for patient people. Draco is such a great character in this book and I didn’t think I’d like a BAMF Hermoine but this one proved me wrong. Will read Hermoine’s POV of Exit next.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A wartime fic set seven years after the battle of hogwarts. Draco POV was so well written and even though I hate first person written fanfics i wasn’t mad at this. Hermione was angry and unapologetic but he slowly broke down her walls and she was just soft girl who was touch starved.
Omg, that was amazing, totally recommend to read this one, and Draco POV is sooo good. I can’t understand why someone call Hermione toxic in this book, because she has her reasons to be this way and it’s something else than toxic, and I liked her in this story.
I enjoyed Exit. It could be better if the author had fleshed out the past a bit more. After reading the second from Hermione’s POV, Rebel, a rewrite integrating the two would be perfect. Separating them dulls the story IMO.
3.5 ⭐️ I would have really loved to see Hermione’s POV added into this story. I think it would have added a little more depth and emotion to the story. Still loved it well enough 🥰
Dramione fic. Gave Host and Divergent vibes. Draco defects as a death eater and surrenders himself to the Order (they call themselves the Rebels) 7 years post hogwarts and the war is still active. I swear to god i could read about these two falling in love a thousand times and never tire of it. The BEST enemies to lovers trope and i will throw hands if you disagree.
