I read this with other faculty in various departments.

This book is very helpful if you are an instructor and value inclusivity (everyone should🙂). The focus on the students’ perspective was a great addition and I ordered the first book for further details. The reflection prompts are also a great discussion starter with yourself and fellow faculty members.
