The book was about a fun and not so hard ways to get fit. One example is that they have like water balloons games that acutely get you fit. I really like this book because it gave so many ideas to in summer. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a girl.

Nonetheless, there are some fun ideas here, and I appreciate that the editors emphasized the importance of being active and having fun with it, without making any references to weight loss.
