The book was about a fun and not so hard ways to get fit. One example is that they have like water balloons games that acutely get you fit. I really like this book because it gave so many ideas to in summer. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a girl.

This 2006 American Girl book shares 101 ideas for ways that girls can get active with their friends. Some of the game and activity ideas are more practical than others, and some of them are phrased in confusing ways and needed more detail to outline the rules. Nonetheless, there are some fun ideas here, and I appreciate that the editors emphasized the importance of being active and having fun with it, without making any references to weight loss.

This is a great resource for girls and women that want to encourage positive physical exercise activities at school and at home. Real Fitness concentrates on fun and productive ideas to get one's body moving for a stronger body, mind and spirit. I like that it does not include nutrition or diet suggestions.
