I used it to train junior staff involved in our continuous improvement cycle and we keep referring back to memorable moments in the book to reinforce learning. It’s the best aid I’ve ever found for developing the mindset and soft skills required for successful transformational change, and it’s the perfect starting point if you want to learn the technical tools of Lean too.” — 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗼, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

Easy informative read!

A great quick read into the insights of lean culture, specifically in the Toyota industry and lays out steps they used to move from failure to success -- the terms used can be applied to other business values - great quick read!!

Author's review:
A long time ago, there was an inspiring blog that helped people understand about Lean. I wrote it out of my own enthusiasm for process excellence.
But I thought I could do better. So I took it down, rewrote it, brought more information, got an editor who could challenge me from her 10 years experience in the field and then...

I got lucky. I reached out to people who were Lean experts to get endorsements and I couldn't even see it coming:

Dan Jones, author of The Machine that Changed the World

Gavin Sillitto, Transformation Programme Lead at Gatwick Airport who used the ARC with his team,
Dr. Steve New, Associate Professor of Operations Management, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford
William Maloney, Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Thank you for everything I've learned on the way and I hope this book helps others who are lean enthusiasts like me :)
