I liked this even better than volumes 1-3. I love seeing more of who Itsu is as a person. Everyone’s getting more fleshed out and I’m enjoying their depth.
ITSU’S FRIENDSHIP WITH KYOUYA AND SHIN IS AMAZINGGGG!! Ooh that bonus chapter touched my heart and spirit.
If Emma is getting lashings for still loving Itsu, Oushi also deserves some lashings too! LMAOOO I swore he was gonna confess something to Yuki.
The couples are coupling up. We have Yuki and Itsu, Emma and Shin, and Rin and Kyouya. It eases the tension in the Emma/Itsu/Yuki relationship. I don’t know what suu Morishita is going to do with Oushi and I’m very curious to see what happens.
aw loved 😍 the story yuki and itsuomi such a great romance , ❤️ i totally recommend it melted 🫠 my heart . I didn't realised there's other 5 volumes Goodreads made me realised I thought the story was gonna finish in volume 2 but there's more story . I'm glad 😊 as I can't wait to read the rest of it .
This is cotton candy reading, sweet and fluffy and insubstantial, and starts to feel more than a bit cloying after I've consumed too much (i.e. three volumes at a go in this omnibus). So many soulful looks!
The girls remain boy-crazy to an absurd degree, disinclined to do anything that doesn't have to do with furthering their relationships or snagging their crushes. The boys are maybe a wee bit too thoughtful to be believed, and--lucky them--have actual interests and ambitions, and a couple are even in their early careers. The only masculine exception in the main cast is Oushi, who has nothing going on but nursing his crush on Yuki. I appreciated his mature turn when he saw Emma and Istuomi together, and didn't immediately report it to Yuki in its worst possible light. The umbrella scene was a bit much, though. She's dating, man, you need to relax.
Despite my minor grumps, this manga is skillfully done, and doesn't ever trip me up with the usual melodramatic nonsense that accompanies so much shoujo manga*. No horrible misunderstandings, no love triangles that can be taken even halfway seriously. The brief part towards the end where Emma treasures her grandmother's handmade items brought tears to my eyes, so its rating gets a little upward nudge.
* this is josei, but it's so tame it might as well be a shoujo. At least so far.
This was definitely better than the first omnibus (and that one was good)! I LOVE the development of Yuki and Itsuomi’s relationship. I think in these volumes you can “feel” his love more and there connection is tangible, undeniable. I like that Rin is making more of an effort to learn sign. Rin and Kyouya’s relationship is slowly trucking along. I was more interested in them in the first 3 volumes than these ones however. I don’t like Emma and Shin together. I like Shin NOT Emma… she insufferable. Oushi is… great? I love Yuki and Itsuomi, but I also love the IDEA of Oushi and Yuki. I’m pretty positive they don’t get together lol which is totally fine, but I want to see more from him. I want to see him confess and ultimately get rejected, but then I want to see him heal and find love :) I have no idea how long this series is planned to go on, but it’s not allowed to be done until I’ve seen this! Very very good 10/10 would recommended the series!
I also desperately wish the listing had a picture like come on Goodreads 😭

As much as I enjoyed the first Omnibus volume, I have to admit that this one was even better! ♥ It was heart-warming to see how Yuki and Itsuomi's relationship develops and start to deepen. Both of the protagonists start to show a different side of them to their friends; one is braver, more excited to experience still-unknown feelings to her, while the other is gentlier and more affectionate than he was before. (If that's even possible. :) ) I especially loved how the other characters recieved their fair share from the storyline as well. Rin and Kyoka started going out as well, Shin decided to confess his feelings for Emma (hopefully she'll get over her unrequited love) and Oushi shows promising signs of maturing emotionally too. Lovely plot, amazing characters and dazzling illustrations. Immediately became a new favourite. ^^

I enjoyed this omnibus even more than the first. Getting more time with Itsuomi added a lot, and the way his relationship with Yuki slowly deepens feels so natural and genuine. The quiet moments hit just as hard as the big ones. The artwork is soft, expressive, and perfectly captures the emotion behind even the smallest gestures. It’s a gentle, thoughtful story that really stays with you.
I'm really enjoying these characters and the romance. Also love that it's not really turning into some weird love triangle situation, Oushi is handling everything with surprising maturity. Wish Emma would follow his example.
I love this book and I can’t wait to read more of the story of yuki and itsuomi. I really do love the way the manga tells the story and I recommend to anyone who wants to read it
Ahhhh I can’t with this book! It’s so damn cute that I get just as giddy as Yuki!!! omnibus 3 isn’t out yet so looks like I’ll be buy the individual books now bc I need the rest of this series!!!!
One of the few mangas that has actually kept my attention and been really genuinely sweet. I love every character and am so invested in the storyline fr
I am obsessed with this manga and can't wait for omnibus 3 to come out. Yuki is so sweet and innocent. Itsuomi is worldly, yet loving towards Yuki. It is beautiful and heartwarming!
