There are probably a million reasons why sex with your ex is a bad idea. Professional soccer player, Rye Anderson, doesn’t seem to think so, though. Motivated by what he thinks is just lust, he makes his ex-wife a pleasurable offer she can’t refuse.
Jade Anderson has lived the last three years of her life in a self-imprisoned solitude, paying the price for a mistake she can never reverse and a love she has lost forever. She’ll do anything to have Rye back in her life.
Some mistakes aren’t mistakes at all, and some loves were never meant to be lost.
When Jade and Rye enter a unique arrangement, they’ll soon find out how blurring the lines between f**king and loving can be a deadly combination.

2.5 ⭐️ If you liked this book I would like to know why. This was MIDDDDD the story wasn't executed well enough to give a 3 in my opinion. Honestly, the lack of suspense in the plot didn’t give “Thriller” Ernest crazy ass just appeared out of nowhere. Characters that conceal information bother me. In my opinion, Jade should have just been honest with her husband and given him the choice of believing her or not. I get what the author was going for, however she failed.
Rye & Jade’s story took me on a crazy ride and I was here for all of it!!! I love how they was able to give love a second chance while exploring their inner freak!! 🤣 This was too good!! I could not put it down.
This was most definitely a different look at a second chance love. I honestly wanted to cry for Jade, she suffered through something so tragic, and then for everyone to basically turn their backs on her besides her best friend.
When I say, I am so happy that she got liberated with the eroticness with her ex-husband soon to be husband again ! The helicopter scene was just right lol mile high release with a beautiful view 🥵. Happy they came back together.
This was a unique read! A five star read! An Erotic Thriller that encompassed so many areas including healing through trauma, marriage, and obsession. And add a derange doctor and stepsister in there while fighting for your life! I was rooting for Jade, Rye, and the children to escape!
An absolute time was had!!! A. Blossom had me wrapped up so tight in this novella you would have thought I was being swaddled like a newborn baby. This promised erotic and thriller and it delivered on both! It's only 107 pages but she made every single one of them count....read it!
This book was definitely not what I thought it would be. A lot of plot twists and turns. Parts of it sounds like it could be real, which is crazy. For those who are triggered easily this is your warning. Overall, it was well written . It was a quick read. I’m shocked.
First time reading the author’s work and it was excellent, I can’t wait to see what she has coming. In the meantime I’ll read the books in the catalog so far cause we go together no real bad lol. If you read the book then you get it. Read the book to be in the know 😉
Girl you wrote this book. Erotica and thriller in one. The circumstances that happened for Rye and Jade to divorce was horrific. I hate that she didn't speak up to her husband but I understood. This was my first read by this author and I will be reading her work again
What a ride !! There is nothing typical about the love story between Rye and Jade! Every revelation has your jaw to the floor. This was such a juicy, sexy, intriguing, and intense read from start to finish!!
I read this book last night in like 1 hour and it was soooo good! I was not expecting the story to unfold the way it did and I loved every minute of it! Ms. Blossom is doing her thing in the book writing streets! Another 5 ⭐️
Good story, but the afterword took me all the way out 😂😂 I guess we really DO go together now -REAL BAD because I have another one of this author's books in my Kindle lol... Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to go find a man to get in MY guts like this...
This book was not like any romance I’ve ever read more like a thriller with love in it. Enjoyed it though. Mental illness is definitely something that needs to be handled.
My heart broke for Jade and I couldn't wait for her to tell Rye her truth. Ernest was crazy. Learning about what he did to Melody had me feeling a little sorry for her too. I wasn't expecting some of the twists, but they sure kept me entertained. I'm glad Jade and Rye got to explore the things they did.
I do love a good second chance at love book but this one was a little different. It had suspense added to it which I loved. Rye and Jade divorced because of Jade's alleged infidelity. However, the whole story was never revealed to Rye. Because of this, Jade went through a difficult time. Her difficulties led her to Club Sixty-Nine where she unknowingly had a sexual encounter with Rye that leads to Rye offering Jade the most erotic time of her life. As they settle into this new "relationship," the crazies enter the picture and that's when danger looms. Ernest and Melody were truly out of their minds and I was glad Ernest ended up getting his in the end. The ending was something that I didn't see coming but I definitely wasn't mad at it. Pick up this second chance suspense book. You will thoroughly enjoy it.
This story was definitely unexpected. I don’t know if I miss read the synopsis. But I have come across this book several times and didn’t want to read it. Even though I am a big a blossom fan. But I was in a reading slump and decided to give it a try And absolutely loved it! This was such a good story. I wish it was longer. That is the only complaint. It was so cool seeing a blossom reach into her psychological thriller bag. I can’t even say anything else because I’m afraid I will give it away. Whether you are a fan of psychological thrillers, or used to her urban romance novels, read this book. You won’t be disappointed.
I enjoyed this read and it was so unique. It was a thriller but it touched on so many realistic topics like marriage, trauma, trying to heal alone and therapy. Imagine being a married plastic surgeon resident and believing you’ve found a friend; only for it to be a psychotic doctor who is secretly in love with you. It broke my heart that Jade’s village didn’t create a safe space for her to express her trauma from the beginning. Watching her blame her self was so realistic. Who would have known stumbling into an invite only club would help get her family back. I was happy to see Jade and Rye rebuild their family and marriage. I’ve never seen a second chance romance written in this style so I loved it. It was nice seeing the black Barbie so liberated and happy.
