A life worth living for, worth fighting for.

When an old foe tries to take away my sun, I am torn between protecting what’s mine and doing what comes naturally.
Hunted and running for our lives, we barely stay one step ahead of death, relying on family, friends and foes from my past who offer a safe harbor in the darkness.
I find myself surrounded by many, all willing to do anything to help.
Trapped between the darkness and light, I finally accept who I am and welcome the very man everyone fears.
God have mercy on your soul, because when the Sandman commeth, you will never see the sun again.

Words are not going to be easy to describe how I felt reading Sandman’s novel. Rebecca Joyce slayed my heart time and again throughout this book. She is a mastermind at making me feel every emotion inside the pages of her expertly crafted written work. Solomon, such a wonderful, loving, caring, thoughtful man with an alter ego living inside him. This man is a protector, a hunter, a stone-cold killer with no remorse for the lives he’s taken, Sandman. He suffered so much growing up, pain and abuse no one should endure, he had a high kill rate at the young age of 16, so he runs, taking the first bike he sees he leaves the Golden Skulls MC to find some peace and settle he’s tortured mind. Returning years later he’s redemption awaits him in the form of one sweet girl, Sunny Greyson. This is their story and I found it to be so heartbreakingly beautiful, I felt every emotion known to man, I absolutely loved Sandman and Sonny’s story ❤️❤️❤️ and you will too. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎

Ok, you get my seal of approval!

When I started down this road, I was intrigue and hooked by the first book. I felt like each book peeled back layer after layer of new storyline that proved informative and at times disturbing. I keep to the path and laughed and even cried (hard). If a series of books can inspire to such emotions then it will become a classic. Yes, there were hard truths and subject matter that some would cringe at reading but isn't life the same. Reading this series opened thoughtful discussions with others that had no idea these talks were coming from a MC series I was reading. I hope everyone gets a chance to explore your world and with kindle unlimited wow what a experience it's been. So, please keep on writing these characters. I can't wait to see what Remi has up her sleeve! Keep Reaper honest and let Ravage tell his story. Thank you.

Wow! I finished reading Sandman last night and tried to get some sleep but all I could think about was this book. There are cameos from several MC's and people we know and some we don't but I hope we do get to know. Your heart will break and be placed back together to break all over again. For me, this book was not as dark as the majority of them in this series, which I enjoyed. Solomon aka Sandman is so loveable, you just have to understand his mind. December 2024 seems so far away for the next chapter but it will be here before we know it. I will be on pins and needles to see where she takes us next.

Whilst Sandman’s story delivered that significant backstory any fans of the Golden Skulls craved, the story itself felt surprisingly ‘light’ to say it featured one of the most feared members of the GSMC.
On one hand, I appreciated being privy to the history that made Solomon ‘Sandman’ and learning more about his relationship with his Sunshine, on the other I felt a little overwhelmed with the number of side characters and clubs introduced, and I feel this detracted somewhat from the focus Solomon’s character needed to do his story justice.

the sandman cometh

Wow, I knew this would open some old wounds for some but it was even better than I expected.
Solomon loves sunny and she loves him, she is his emotional protector and he is her physical protector, that bond and connection that have is almost otherworldly, I imagine golden sparkles in the air when they touch.
He has to get to Scab ( yeah him again) before he gets to Sunny.
The rest of Sandman’s history is revealed and I just want to reach in, hug him and tell him it’s all going to be ok …. Eventually

Emotional roller coaster!!

This is Sandman and his Sunny's story.
This is a well written action packed, emotional roller coaster, with found family, friendships, danger, suspense, intrigue, challenges, heartbreak, loss, lies, betrayal, loyalty, retribution, trust, violence, undeniable chemistry, and unconditional love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, twisted, and unpredictable addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Merry Christmas

Rebecca Joyce did not disappoint this reader with Sandman's story. This book is so full of ups and downs. She shows the reader who Solomon really is and why Sunny is his Sunshine. She also brings the reader the full Golden Skulls experience and so many resolutions for them, introduce some new characters and Mc's. The one thing Sandman always wanted was right in front of his eyes. GREAT GREAT READ

love sandman!!!

soooo I did not read phantoms book. 1 I almost DNF when I thought remi was dead but 2, I feel like kitty was Dylan's one true love and when I skimmed thru it I could tell he didn't love phantom not like kitty. BUT I seen sand mans book was next and had to read it!! Now that ik remis alive and fell back in love with the series I will be finishing!!!

I always knew Sandman had a bad life but never really realized till now. How in the world did he survive it all and still have a shred of love left in him. I was so happy when Sunny and him got together. Sunny showed him it was ok to be real and love. I cried so much reading this book. Now the long wait to find out the rest of the story.

I have been waiting for Sandman’s book for a while now. This book gave me a serious case of the feels. My heart was breaking for poor Solomon and everything he went through. He was dealt bad after bad in his young life then he met Sunny. Sunny was his sunshine in his dark life. They really were perfect for one another.

This was a difficult story to read at times. There were just so many twists to this story it blows my mind. I loved that we got to see some of my favorites from the other books! And, that ending…was crazy!!! I’m bummed we have to wait until 2024.

I love this author’s MC novels. Sandman had a horrible and sexually abusive childhood. He finally murder his rapist and escapes. He finds love and brotherhood with Golden Skulls MC. I especially enjoyed reading about the MC members included in this novel. Reaper and Remi involvement continues with a cliffhanger at the end of this book.

Sandman was a heart-breaking, soul shattering, beautifully written end to the 2nd part of the Golden Skulls! Reading his story and imagining his life and all he went through was utterly gut wrenching. Rebecca Joyce did a fabulous job tying up loose ends to end this second chapter of our beloved skulls...but don't worry there is more to come!

Rebecca left the best for last. The story of Solomon and how he was abused made you heart go out to him. Then to have his Sunshine bring everything good out of him. Then to be threatened by the things that made him dark. It was a roller coaster story, but tied everything up.

An amazing read as usual from this author. Very graphic and sad. Sandman has led a horrific life. Omg. My heart broke at th physical and mental and sexual abuse this young boy grew up with. So many questions some answers but not all. Reaper returns but no remi. A very interesting story.

This book was an emotional roller-coaster ride. You had some tears, laughter, and anger moments. I really don't want to be in this authors head. PLEASE read the warning before starting this book. This is a very dark book to read. Rebecca Joyce has done an amazing job writing it.

Rollercoaster of emotions! Sandman and Sunny are perfect together, but when the past comes knocking, the beast is awoken. The endless love they have for each other gets them through it, but what a ride! Just read it!

Confusing

I guess the story is unfinished. I found it quite confusing with so many names, clubs and relationships. SanDisk and Sunny's relationship seemed to slip through the cracks in the story as so much was involved. I would have liked to have had more of them together.

This may be my favorite book of the series so far! I've been wanting to learn more about Sandman and his backstory since he was first introduced into the series. I really enjoyed this one. Lots of action, adventure, chaos and still some love and laughs all mixed together. And that ending...
I can't wait to see what's coming next for them!

Sandman may have his demons but Sunny is his light and life, and woe betide anyone who tries to take his sunshine away. Just as things seemed settled does trouble come for the Golden skulls once more and when Sunny is targeted Sandman will unleash a darkness like never before to keep his family safe. As faces old and new come together to help the in the battle, will they end up paying the ultimate price?
This story will have you holding your breath in anticipation of what's coming next. The action, drama never seem to end but you'll be hooked from the start!
Told through a mix of past and present
The flashbacks are my favourite part getting to see Sunny and Sandmans relationship grow through all the choas that surrounded them and the club, is a magical experience.
A great addition to the series that just gets better and better!

5star isn't enough

Sandman and Sunny Story is the final chapter of part 2 of this epic series, and it didn't disappoint. There is so much action serect reveals new characters and old ones that will have you wanting more.

Sunny is a ray of sunshine and prue light and is targeted by the Enemies of the club and sandman a misunderstood loving man but very dangerous will do everything to keep his family safe using friends from the past they go on the run this book with have you on the edge of seat laughing crying anger routing for the underdog highly recommended but see Rebecca's reading order and read all the books before this one so you can truly understand the story

This book is dark and gritty and not for the faint hearted and for this reason I loved every word. Sandman has always been a complex character and this book tells his story perfectly , yes his a cold blooded killer but his also human which considering what Toxic put him though as kid is surprising
