Ok, so this one was the 3rd in a row by this author. Cute, OTT, insta everything, little reads that go perfect with sitting at the beach, in the sun. But I'm done for now.

They all follow the same formula, more or less, and it's like reading the same story with some twiks here and there.

But am I going to continue!? Eventually, yes!

Colton is book 1 in the Heart River Valley:Rugged Mountain Men Series by Cindy Smoke. 

Marley is in Montana for a quick visit with her sister Maddie and her new boyfriend Nash (who we met in All I Want for Christmas is a Cowboy). After all she has heard of their whirlwind romance, she can't wait to see them together for herself. She has no idea what is in store for her when she answers the door for a delivery and meets Colton.

The last thing Colton expected when he agreed to do a delivery for his sister was to meet someone who would change his life. Marley is everything he didn't know he was missing. Now he just has to convince her to stay.

I can't recall which book it was that started my love affair with Cindy Smokes writing, but I quickly devoured her entire back list and anything new she puts out. They are always sweet and fun to read. Colton is exactly that. The characters are sweet, have lots of chemistry, and just the right amount of spicy scenes.  The storyline was well written and like all of her books a HEA. Although this is the start of a new series,  some characters are connected to previous books. So while we wait for the next book to come out I recommend reading the previous books in the Heart River Valley Series, if you like instaloves like I do, you will love these, they are all so good!

An amazing story as Marley arrived in Heart River Valley, Montana from Atlanta, Georgia to visit her sister, Maddie that recently relocated there, after she went on vacation with two friends, and instantly fell in love with a famous bullrider, Nash deciding to stay with him. Maddie explained to Marley that Montana was known for having way more single men than women, and the men were all gorgeous. Marley was soon to learn, there was never a truer statement than that one, when she answered her sister's door for a delivery from the bakery, and Colton stood there holding a box of baked goods for her sister from Nash to celebrate their one month anniversary. They were planning a big evening. which would leave Marley home alone. It rushed Maddie to solve that little problem by pointing out the issue to Colton. He was more than happy to entertain Maddie where they discovered an undeniable chemistry to head into the rest of her vacation. Would insta-love in Montana strike twice in the same family? Read on to experience the fabulous time they underwent together.

Kindergarten teacher Marley (h23) comes to Montana for a few days to see her sister, Marley, and meet Nash, the mountain man who her sister fell for. Colton (H35) brings a bakery delivery to her sister’s house, and Marley and Colton are instantly drawn to one another. The two find themselves stepping out of their comfort zones – Colton rarely goes out and now he’s dating and dancing Marley, and she’s quickly becoming involved with someone she’s just met. Colton is sure that Marley is the one, but her life is across the country, and she’ll have to decide if she’s willing to step out of her comfortable life and move to the Montana mountains to be with him. Loved Maddie’s quick matchmaking skills and how she handled tings at the airport. Colton’s family was great too and it will be fun to get his brothers’ stories too. Hot and steamy age gap, mountain man quickie romance with a little bit of angst, family fun, and some smiles – Marley did a great job getting Colton to dance and the family text was cute too.

Okay so this book is only 63 pages, and when I start reading the percentage is going up so fast so I feel like immediately I’m missing something. Nope, it’s supposed to be that short lol 😂

It has a good outline of a plot and an HEA, and the characters are cute. I can tell that the author put in a lot of effort into the environment. But overall I just wished the story was longer. There’s no anticipation for me, the spicy scenes are like half the book because it’s all so short. I get that this is over the span of a couple days, but it all seems a bit rushed. I didn’t believe the MMC when he said I love you for the first time (not for lack of wanting, they are cute in the beginning), and then the first time they had sex it was a little rough which honestly seemed off compared to the previous spicy scenes in the book, and the moment was ruined for me.

I really wanted to enjoy the story but the entire time I was just thinking about how short this book is and how little we know about the relationship; I couldn’t form an emotional attachment to the characters.

I love that these past four series have been interlinked somehow. Usually a relation to someone in the previous book/series

This story is about Colton (Elsie's brother-Buck me good, Cowboy) and Marley (Maddie's sister-All I want for Christmas is a cowboy).

Marley comes to visit her sister for a long weekend and happens to answer her door to the most beautiful man she has ever seen, it's Colton, delivering treats from his sisters bakery. As Marley sister is busy that night she suggests they go get dinner together......best idea she's ever had and the start of a new future for Colton and Marley? Or the start of heartbreak and loss? You'll have to read to find out 😉

I am so excited for the next book, it's going to be cenreed around Colton brother, of which he has four! 🥵.

Cindy never disappoints. She always delivers a swoon worthy short read. Colton is an older, handsome man. He delivers a bakery order for his sister when he meets Marley.
Marley is in town visiting her sister Maddie. She is a kindergarten teacher. Marley has always played it safe and Colton has sworn off relationships. There is instant attraction between these two and they fall instantly. Will Marley take a chance on Colton or will
She play it safe? Can Marley be the answer to Colton’s relationship dilemma?
Always such sweet heroes who are all male and sassy heroine.

Colton is a 32 year old,hunky mountain man. When Colton makes a delivery to Maddie, Marley's sister, they are immediately drawn together. He asks her out at Maddie's prompting and sparks fly. But what happens when the week is over? Can he convince her to stay? The chemistry was hot 🔥, the drama was low, and the ending was happy. I'm looking forward to this series, hopefully about Colton's other hunky brothers.

When a rugged mountain man makes a delivery for his sister’s bakery, he never expects to meet the most beautiful girl he’s ever seen. She’s young and sweet and everything he never knew he wanted. But now she’s the only thing he can think about.

This is a short insta everything. I have to say it is one of my favorite tropes. Colton and Marley are head over heels for each other from first sight. Marley is more cautious than her sister and is afraid of how fast things are happening between her and Colton. There is very little drama and this is a relaxing easy read. I greatly enjoyed it!

Colton is a sexy short love at first sight novel where he falls first and he falls hard—and he’s not afraid to say it! Colton is a hard-working, intelligent, lonely mountain man, and when he meets Marley he goes all in. I love how Cindy Smoke built this sweet love story—it grips you from the first page to the last, and leaves you with a teasing preview of what’s to come in the next book. Loved it, and can’t wait for more!

Exciting! What a cute short story. I fell in love with the two main characters. In this story we meet Marley she went to visit her sister Maddie and her new boyfriend Nash. When she meets Colton who is delivering for his sister's backery. The instant they meet the attention between them is sizzling. It was an adorable story where Marley also realized she couldn't leave. I enjoyed the ending but look forward to the next book.

I know I can go on and on about my favorite authors, but as soon as Marley opened the door to Colton at the end of Cindy’s last book “All I Want for Christmas is a Cowboy” I knew I was going to love this book and I wasn’t disappointed. So, chalk up another hit for Cindy and point me in the direction of Heart River Valley so I can get me a mountain man just like Colton.

I am loving Cindy's books at the minute and this was no exception.

The instant chemistry and attraction between Marley and Colton has you melting from the beginning. It's full of cuteness, laughs and a lot of love. It's short enough that you can read it anywhere, but long enough you don't feel you've missed out.

Colton and Marley have one hell of a meet cute. The way they instantly knew that they were for each other was so cute. Marley needed more time to get into the fast paced relationship she developed with Colton, but he was all in. I loved that he knew from the moment they met. It was the cutest thing ever. And, man! That man is sexy as sin and his mouth was just swoon worthy. I couldn’t get enough.

Colton and Marley are so stinking cute together it’s not even funny. Colton is all in almost from the very beginning, Marley doesn’t see that the same instant love can actually happen for her as well and needs a few eye openers.

A great start to this series Heart River Valley Rugged Mountain Men. This is the story of Marley and Colton and their journey to their happily ever after. This is a fast pasted, steamy read. The story flows well, the characters are likeable and fit well together. I am looking forward to reading the next installment.

A superfluous amount of hot men in this Heart Valley, loved the instantaneous connection. A cute couple who hit it off from the beginning, enjoyed their ease of a relationship and how well they fit in each other’s lives. Absolutely, favorite was the group family chat.

A quick insta-love

This is a new author to me, and I am glad I took the chance on this one.

Handsome Montana man? Yes please. Colton is easy to envision and his immediate attraction to Marley is cute.

This isn't an OTT, Alpha, knock her up asap read, like a lot of insta-loves... but it's cute,, steamy and easy to read. I am definitely reading more in this series.
