Bk 1
This was an interesting read. Things progress rather quick but she does get to know her guys a bit before claiming them. So far one dragon and one wolf shifter struggling to shift. Crazy that he was paralyzed for so long until some mystery man visited and changed his life. Wonder who this person is since they clearly changed the heroine as well. But why she’s so upset about becoming a kraken to begin with is beyond me!
Bk 2
One step forward is another back. The dagger leads Olivia and her guys places but there’s still so many unanswered questions. Now she’s added a cowboy rancher Gryphon to the mix and with at least one more on the way I can’t wait to see what supernatural being they’ll be and what they’ll bring to the group. Also the mm action def heats up a lot more in this one!
Bk 3
While we still don’t know why Jonah can’t shift, the animal inside him wants out. I worry this clinic has been messing with the supernaturals there, manipulating them and taking dna for who knows what reasons. The only thing the group can do is follow where the dagger leads. If its laden with bad magic, so be it as it’s led them this far. It’d take me a bit to get used to a snake for a mate, not gonna lie.
Final book
Kind of a weird end featuring a mystery baddie. Was cool to see everyone use their powers when needed but I’m not loving this ending. Feels rushed and there are still lingering questions I have like where and why Apollo came out of nowhere. Also the epilogue could have been better, longer and farther in the future! Super quick read of the whole series on audio. Lots of equal opportunity loving and a fun ride discovering more about the shifter world and Olivia’s mates.

Okay, going in knowing it might be a little cheesy, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of times this series made me laugh and chuckle! I loved the relationships and comradary between the guys. And the chicken!! Trixie! Hilarious! 😂

I will say the final mate, Sebastian, didn't really do it for me. He didn't seem distinct enough from the other guys and of course he didn't get as much time with Olivia.

The plot wasn't super groundbreaking, but it was fun enough and it held together the spicy scenes, so it worked for me lol. 😅

Great read.

Another great read from Maya. The characters are always so lovable and the storylines an epic adventure. Was great to see Olivia finally getting her happy ending. I would have given this book 5 stars if it had just a bit more ending. Having gone on the whole journey with them I want to read more about the happy ending and what comes next. It, like the other series needs another chapter or two at the end or a bonus epilogue at least etc.

I love this series and how Maya has cross overs from characters from her other books. Olivia has a dagger and a prophecy to deal with , also along her journey she also meets her mates , Jonah , Lucas , Trace and Sebastian. Together they set out on a long journey filled with a lot of obstacles to try and figure out this prophecy. A lot other series characters pop in. This was truly an epic series.

I really enjoyed Olivia’s journey and how each of her relationships with her mates had the space and depth to grow. After four books of buildup, the final battle felt a bit rushed. I was hoping for a more drawn-out climax. Still, the romance and the way everything wrapped up left me feeling satisfied overall. It’s an easy read, kind of like an adult bedtime story.

cute story line and character development. why choose.

Super cute story line that progressed in each book. Loved all of the MMCs and the FMC went through a lot of character development. I loved that for her. Super spicy scenes that were pretty good. The MMCs banter and relationships were quite funny. This was my first semi-underwater book and I very much enjoyed it.

Pretty quick read considering it's 4 books in one but it is pretty good, not the best and has some cheesy spots, i actually laughed reading this book to as there is some humor. Pretty smutty to lol
